Although there was a slight problem with my order, I reached out to Mano’s via email and received a response and resolution within a few days. Excellent customer service!! Ordered a bottle with my father-in-laws family crest on it and worked with Hunter and the team to get it exactly how I wanted it. It turned out perfect and they were awesome to work with! I’ve ordered from Mano’s Wine twice already. My first order was amazing. When placing my second order I didn’t realize there was a 12-15 day turnaround time for etched products. I had ordered it as a gift, so I called/emailed Mano’s and they were able to accommodate me in time. The customer service is absolutely spectacular! I wish other companies provided this level of service. I definitely will be ordering from them for all future events.
