BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS STORE- ESP. ONLINE. I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered a pair of shoes that I have been looking for for a long time and was so excited to get them. They finally arrive and they are too big, I would have been happy to exchange them but the store does not carry this shoe anymore and doesn’t have my size. I asked to return the shoes for a refund because I can’t get the shoe I want and they are refusing to give me a refund. The shoes are unworn and just were delivered today and I can’t return them. All the owner said on the phone was "store policy," unapologetically. I have never dealt with a store with such poor customer service and if I could leave no stars, I would. I have not heard of a store in this day in age where you can’t return an unworn item that was just delivered and doesn’t fit. They care less about keeping a customer happy and wanting to make sure they keep their $170 bucks. Wishing I read the other reviews before I purchased anything here. Please think twice about shopping here, you will get treated better elsewhere.

WARNING! Experienced problems when trying to make a return. Firstly, the order arrived with no return instructions in the box. There are also no instructions listed on their website. I contacted them multiple times by email and phone, and never got a response. If you read the reviews, many other customers have experienced the same issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

First and foremost, the staff at Manor are incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable about the vast selection of sneakers they sell, as well as the current up to date trends for sneakers and streetwear. We were visiting from Seattle and found the boutique to be very clean, well kept and stocked with plenty of the most recent sneaker/clothing releases. Manor also has in house merch and the merch is some of the best shop merch I have ever seen. It was a pleasure visiting Manor and I highly suggest going to them for all of your clothing and sneaker needs!

Shopped online since no local retailer of mine carried the specific shoe I wanted, which I couldn’t even find on the brand’s website either. Aside from carrying a great selection of styles, the customer service for the online store was exceptional. I ordered a half size too large and called them about a return, which they responded to quickly with a free shipping label, although their website states that customers must cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as they received my return, they emailed me back asking if I wanted to do a size swap, which was shipped out the same day. Overall great online shopping experience!

I was trying to shop local for Christmas this year and found Veja shoes at Manor. As my whole family came down with Covid during the holidays, we just recently all tested negative and started feeling better. In an effort of being cautious, trying not to get other people sick, we went in to exchange/ return the shoes and were informed that there’s a strict 14 day return policy, no exceptions and they would not take the shoes back. It had been 21 days since purchase. So much for trying to support local… Nordstrom would have taken them back no questions asked. Really bummed with the experience and level of service.

Amazing staff, amazing products. You have to always shop locally. Manor and Undefeated are our only real sneaker shops that actually give our community a chance to get a hold of sneakers for the true collectors and casual buyer . If you have a chance to stop in, do not hesitate. They will have what you are looking for.

The girl and the gentleman at the front helped me find the perfect shade for my 8 yr old sons basketball game. I will continue to support them!

Where to begin. Manor could very well be the coolest shop that Phoenix has to offer. Being a native to the valley, there is no better feeling than supporting a local establishment like Manor. Seeing their success over the last couple of years is not surprising at all because their staff is always extremely welcoming and helpful whether looking for a sneaker size, shirt size, or in the case from my visit today encouraging me to buy a new golf glove. My wife and I visit Manor at least once a week because they are always bringing in new inventory and every time we come, we feel like part of the Manor family, being able to get to know more of the staff and their stories. Today specifically I met Laura and Pops, and I just want to say thank you both for just being genuine good people. Long story longer, Manor rocks; and their range of sneakers, apparel, and swiftly growing golf collection is second to none! Whether you are a local looking to support local, or if you are visiting the desert and want to see what Phoenix retail has to offer, Manor should be stop #1 for you. Cheers y'all!

Poor customer service ,they show favoritism toward certain individuals during raffles and releases, attitudes were atrocious especially from girl with glasses. Humility please. So many other great stores to pick from try rerun they super dope or pick and roll they got tons of heat
