I have been going here since February and they have got me feeling more energized and focused in everyday activities. I have also noticed recovery times from a workout are a lot shorter. Great place and friendly staff.

Very quick with their visits and personal. They get to know their patients by name and not a number. A for the effects of the treatments, my spouse had the best comment. "I didn't believe the radio adds and all the hype. The you started getting the treatments. I can really tell the difference."

If I could give them less than a one I would. Way over priced, unprofessional, and they lied to me on several occasions. On top of that I got stuck with a lab bill that was supposed to be paid by Mentality but wasnt. Do NOT use this company. There are better companies with far better prices and far better service. I now have a provider that offers the same service at exactly half the cost with ZERO problems. The billing is clean and straight forward, the meds come on time like clockwork, and I didn't have to argue with anyone to get answers, none of which I got with Mentality.

Mantality is amazing! They treat you very well. The staff are all polite and professional. Nothing but good things to say about Mantality. They have helped me get back the energy and confidence I've needed for a long time.

Mantality is the third place I have received TRT, and they are by far the first best. They were the first to educate me, the first to inform me of the potential side effects, and the first to demonstrate they care and are passionate about their patients. My first office just jammed me with a ton of testosterone and almost killed me. My second office wouldn't treat me and I had to practically bribe someone to find out I was experiencing some negative side effects. At Mantality they progress your treatment and go over all your numbers. I have had zero negative side effects since going here and for the first time am feeling like my normal self. It's quite possible going here has saved my life. Also, the staff is extremely friendly welcoming, and accommodating. I look forward to seeing them each week for my treatment. I have been a patient of Mantality for several years and I can state at FACT they have saved my life. I was whipped all the time, no energy, my recovery was horrible and my care factor for things that matter, was almost nil. Had a meeting with Tara, we discussed some issue, they set me up with a blood panel and, in sense, did a complete once over to find out what could be causing all this. My testosterone came back at 128! For a many my age and build, I should be 850-1000! That is a problem! The treatment program was SPOT ON and in no time I was back to myself, turning the clock back years on how I felt, my mental quickness and my sex life. With their treatment comes a great monitoring program, with blood panels to adjust treatment to maintain maximum results. Well, in the summer of 2016, my PSA suddenly spiked from 2.2 to 4.25 in a 13 week span, call that the canary in the coal mine, but they Mantality was concerned and suggested I might wanna see my regular doctor to get this checked out. I did and it was cancer, because of the early detection, that I would NOT have known on my own, Mantality got me proactive with a my health and a year later, I was near cancer free, having battled stage 3 Colo-rectal cancer. After treatment, my chemo and radiation left me very weak and not feeling "manly" or having any energy at all. My test showed that the radiation had knocked my numbers down to 100! We set forth a treatment program and with the watchful eye of Mantality, my stamina is better now that it has been, every bit as good as it was prior to cancer. I feel I really owe my position in life, my health, energy and dad, husband and employee that I am, all to the great staff, from the wonderful ladies up front who always great me with a smile and respect, to the nurses, Tara and Dr's on staff, Kevin, the owner and founder, every thing I am. They should be proud of the jobs they do and the lives they have saved, including my own.

Great staff, They customized my treatment to fit my lifestyle. I haven't felt this good since high school. To any guy feeling like they are losing their edge or sluggish or unable to perform at the gym like they used to, you need to call. I have sent many guys in that were mainly nervous thinking it would cost to much. These guys take insurance and for the guys that don't have insurance they worked treatment around their budget.
