I called to order an ice cream cake. A male worker answered the phone with "hello?" There was no indication that I had reached a business. He sounded very sleepy. Perhaps he was a newer employee because he was unsure of how to proceed, and then he tried to start taking the order, he indicated that the only mix-in option for the ice cream cake was m&ms; however on the website, there were 19 options. Although the cakes we've gotten from there over the past 4 years have always been delicious, we've usually been disappointed with the service, and this time was again a disappointment.

ordered a hot fudge sunday with nuts. nuts were stale……to point of not edible. our ice cream had the taste of being in a refrigerator. neither one was worth eating. expected more for the price.

Pretty good ice cream. I was given a gift cad and on 2 different occasions the employee's couldn't get it to work. It's never been used. Was just told, sorry. Ordered 2 cups same size, received one the correct size, one was smaller. Was charged for both being the same medium size. The "contact us" link on their website doesn't work, maybe if management reaches out, I'll improve my rating.

Creamy homemade icecream sandwiched by fresh home cookies is one definition of a balanced diet, and the choice of flavors is yours! Marble Slab has all the right ingredients and enough flavors to throw the most decisive into momentary brain freeze. You will not be disappointed by the competant staff and clean restaurant either.

Terrible service rude and wouldn’t take a $100. The ice cream wasn’t that good either. I do not recommend this place

Great staff in tonight - quick, tons of customers and fast service.

We have been to this Marble Slab location several times. It is usually one of our favorites, even if it is more expensive than most places. However, we went into the store tonight and it was not a good experience at all. First, we ordered 2 regular dishes of ice cream without any mix ins. The servings were very small. The ice cream didn’t even go up to the rim of the bowls the portions were equivalent to about 1 dip of ice cream. I then ordered a regular with a few mix ins. I asked for caramel. The girl helping me said they only had the hot caramel and asked if I wanted it on top. When she squirted it on top, it came out the color of hot fudge. I pointed out that it was not the right color and the employee told me their caramel is always that color. I tasted the sauce and it left a horrible taste in my mouth it was burnt caramel. When I explained this to the two teenage girls behind the counter, neither seemed to care and neither offered to remake it. I did however, get them to take it off my bill and I left the inedible ice cream behind. After I got home, I called to talk to the mgr in hind sight I should have done it while I was there, but didn’t want to hold up the line behind me. The mgr. admitted that the caramel was burnt because it hadn’t been changed. She also said the two girls were new employees and didn’t know that caramel is not that color. I understand that they may be new employees, but if they had only worked there for two weeks and the caramel “always comes out that color” then how long have they been serving burnt caramel? Whose job is it to check it? After I realized she wasn’t going to see that her employees were in the wrong or that as the mgr of the store maybe she should be checking the caramel and such daily. I didn’t even mention the very slow service or small, expensive $6 servings. * please note that this is my first review of any type that I have ever posted, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share.

From ice cream cones to shakes & even cookies, Marble Slab Creamery has a lot to offer. It’s nicely decorated, and the staff is very friendly & helpful. This is the perfect place to go when you’re in need of a treat. It’s all so delicious!

Very surprised about bad reviews, visiting from Minnesota and was blown away by what it was and the flavors, add ins. Customer service was ok, just kids with no personality but I’d give it a five, they did their job and the product and what they offer was amazing! Not over priced, average pricing, same as most real ice cream shops.
