I can't say enough good things about Housing Helpers. They helped me find and rent a home within a few days. Communication was impeccable, they were very responsive to my calls and texts, and the service felt personalized. I'll definitely be using them again in the future when I need help with renting or buying a new home.
I have been looking for a corporate rental company that offers top-notch customer service, and I finally found it. Stephanie is best. Anytime I had an issue during my stay, she and Hayley were right on it. Anytime there was a maintenance issue, they took care of it right away. If you are ever looking for a furnished rental give them a call!

As an investment property owner for the last ten years in Utah I would get anxiety just thinking about the idea of owning a property more than 40 minutes away from my home yet alone 400 miles away. Hayley has been managing my property for over a year now and i haven’t lost once ounce of sleep. She has given me the confidence to not only buy more properties in Vegas. I would not recommend Housing Helpers in Henderson, NV. My experience with Kylie was way below the par level. I was attempting to help my employee find a place "second chance situation" I was willing to purchase a home instead of playing the rent game. But Kylie wouldn't hear it. She was unprofessional and I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The kicker is I Called Ahead. I took some photos while Kylie was saying good luck. Wouldn't even look me in the eye.
Stephanie was awesome assisting my clients getting into a furnished rental. She was super friendly and knowledgeable as well as always being available! My clients needed to stay somewhere short term, and Stephanie and Hayley made the process so smooth!
This is THE best company to rent from in Las Vegas. Hands down. Everyone I've meet is honest, reliable, nice and professional. They respond quickly to requests and have everything without any hassle. I spoke to Stephanie on the phone today to try and get help on getting a furnished rental, and she was the absolute sweetest! She was so helpful and polite on the phone, this girl definitely knows customer service! I recommend anyone to ask for Stephanie, she’s quick with helping with maintenance requests and being knowledgeable about application steps!
