Marcos gave me an initial price of $25 to change a zipper slider. He said I did not need a ticket and trusted him. When I went to pick up my coat, the price was raised to $30 with no explanation.
I just moved to NYC. My belt broke today and the proprietor was able to fix it within 30 minutes. He was friendly and charged a reasonable fee. Definitely would recommend Marco's Leather Lab
I had a beat up leather jacket I had scored at a flea market a few years ago that was in dire need of repair. The lining was almost totally gone, and there were holes in all the pockets. I took it to Marco's, and in just a week's time, I had my jacket back, and it looked like new! Really excellent, affordable work from this place.
Horrible place. Found my gf's expensive bag just laying on the floor at the time of pickup which was probably there for 2 days because they completely forgot to fix it. The bag could have been fixed in 10 minutes. Will not be returning to this crappy place.
Not too many repair shops left, it's definitely a dying art!! very good work and reliable service
OFFICIALLY CLOSED. Wasted my time going down here.
