Staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. Building was nice and kept clean. Waiting time wasn’t too bad. I would highly recommend!

They’re all really nice- but I believe that they do have a preference and treat colored women better- I’ve seen colored women go in for procedures before other non colored women who were there way longer. It’s just not right.

The young staff is unprofessional and too loud and wild. Joking so hard with each other they will forget to tell you directions of where you need to go, blame you and won't ever own up to being too distracted and fooling around too hard.

Be careful with your belongs my earpods was stolen and they didn’t nothing about it but give me puppy faces plus told me they would call me in two days to let me know about any information and haven’t got a call yet which is horrible i strongly feel this people should’ve did something

Horrible experience. I was mis diagnosed and wasted my time coming there . I will not go to plan parenthood again . I went there years ago and never had any problems until this year .

I’ve been to many planned parenthood’s for different services.. the NYC PP has the most caring and loving staff. Compared to others that I’ve been to this was a completely different experience. I’m so thankful I chose to go here for my procedure, it made a world of a difference!

Went recently for my first visit and the staff here were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, and worked quickly.
