Margaritas On Tap

I reserved two margarita machines two months prior to my event and made a deposit of $100.00 to save the date. During that time, I had been speaking with Ozzie with delayed responses. As it got closer to my event I contacted him requesting a delivery date and time. The week before my event I could not get a definite answer from him. He told me that he didn’t know his schedule and would let me know on Thursday when he schedules his route. I never heard from him. Friday the day before my big event, I text him again asking for a delivery time and all he could say was that he would deliver on Saturday and would call me in a couple hours with a time. I advised we needed the machines no later than 11:00 and asked if he was able to do so. He said he would figure it out and let me know. I told him I needed a FIRM delivery time as I am hosting a surprise party with 60 guests. My husband then called him to try and get a time out of him and let him know we needed the machines by a certain time. Ozzie was arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He said not to worry that the machines would be delivered Saturday. Next thing I know, Ozzie calls me and said he didn’t appreciate my husband calling him and therefore would be cancelling my service and returning my deposit. WOW. This is not a business. I never received my deposit back and will be sure that I spread the word to not use this so called business. They are a SCAM.

I recently rented from this company. I requested two flavors. They recommended one machine that does 2 flavors The guy dropped off the machine but only one side worked. Over the course of the next three hours the machine got worse and worse providing larger and larger ice chunks that were too big making the drinks not good and separating out the ice from the flavor. The guy did bring another machine for the other flavor which was ok. It was OBVIOUS that HE FORCED the broken machine on me. When he came to pick up the machine the next day he didn’t care one little bit that one of the machines never worked properly and refused to offer any concession. The service was JUNK. The MACHINES ARE NOT WELL TAKEN CARE OF. I would NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. Look elsewhere.
