Parked in front of the store, an older woman came out and asked if we were going to the restaurant. I let her know my wife was going to pick up dinner but I was coming in to schedule grooming appointments and check out their selection. She tells us the groomer no longer works there even though there’s a huge colorful sign out front advertising grooming and then tells us there are other spots open not a single one and to move our car because people might come in to shop and will have heavy dog food. The exact thing I wanted to go into the store for I love supporting small businesses, but I guess some people don’t want business.

Went here because I didn't want to drive all the way to Kaneohe to shop at a big box store. This is a locally-owned store and the service is personable. They carry quality products and the owner is eager to help with any questions you have. You can get food, treats, kennels, leashes, and all sorts of other supplies. I picked up two kennel bowls with attachments for my dogs before having to fly them out. Great little place. I urge you to go here before PetSmart etc.

This is the worst pet stores and groomer in Hawaii. It is extremely hot and unsafe for dogs. They are also rude and have horrible customer service. Made an appointment and took off work to make it. They have no record keeping and when unable to find my appointment I was told to leave.

Good first experience. General service on the dog. I thought the price was reasonable too They gave us recommendations and suggestions. On the feed and snacks..

Love to support small shops like this. They keep Kailua real. The staff is very friendly and is happy to help with whatever you need.
