Great customer service in the store, and quick turnaround on alterations

My son and I are very grateful for the quick, friendly, efficient, and quality work that was done today! He had grown multiple inches over the summer and needed his pants let out and hemmed for a special church service TONIGHT, and Marina was able to help us in the late afternoon so we were ready in plenty of time. What a relief!

I am extremely disappointed in the communications and quality of alterations.. I took shirts in to be altered.. The sleeves were done correctly however the shirts were cut so short and hemmed and can not be undone.. Even if it could be undone they are way too short to even wear!! They were suppose to be tapered to fit a woman's body instead they look like a half shirt for a short man!! I am extremely disappointed and I will not return for any future alterations.

Not very impressed with this business I took my dress in to have it altered and all that needed down was the very top taken in. I picked the dress up and it was still to big and she said well guess its breathing room. This alteration could have been done by myself and she charged me $40!! will not go back.

I took two dresses to be hemmed. Both are wrong one is about 2 inches to short and the other still too long. Both are long dresses and is very noticeable. In addition they aren’t even or steamed. Frankly a wrinkled mess and the most expensive I’ve ever paid. Worst experience ever. Will never go back.

This place is a total scam. My girlfriend went in to buy a dress and they said it would be $92. We came the next day to pay for it and the price suddenly changed to $172. The worker cleared the price with the owner on the first day and she told us that she had changed her mind. Find a dress elsewhere.

I needed some patches sewn onto to a jitsu Gi at the last minute. They were able to fit it in and had it completed in a couple of hours. Thank you Marina Bridal. Excellent work as well.

Marina is very nice and does really gd work. BUUUT....she doesnt work a lot and u get a couple of grumpy old ladies, that do not speak to u ask u walk in. I was standing at the counter about 5 uncomfortable seconds, and then I was the one to say HELLO ! I left thinking "what the hell those b*tches need to work on their social skills".

The lady was so sweet today and was very helpful! Beautiful dresses. My girls had a blast
