Dr. Montella has taken care of 3 generations of my dogs with care and compassion. I trust no one but him with my dogs he knows his medicine and if he can't deal with the issue he will recommend someone just as qualified and knowledgeable. Staff is awesome and compassionate especially Edie and Barbara so be nice to them.

Very pleasant staff and doctor. Did give me a reasonable price for my 10 year old Bambu. He’s been doing okay so far, will continue to monitor him. Front desk staff and aide who helped comfort Bambu was a sweetheart. Will definitely tell my folks to come to this place for their furry companions’ needs.

I have been coming to this vet practice sine 2016. Dr. Montella took wonderful care of my dog and cat ,though all those years. My last passed in 2019. I adopted another fur baby in 2020. I brought her straight to Dr. Montella, after the shelter. I brought her back in 2021. Things were wonderful with staff who knew me all those years. Then, suddenly,in August of 2022, I was told by a receptionist "you are not allowed to come here anymore". I was SO upset. I questioned Amanda, the manager, why was I told this horrible thing? She answered: "I don't know. I have to talk to the girls". I wasn't called back. In the meantime my fur baby was waiting for her vaccines and check up Finally, a receptionist named "Ayesha" never met her said "the reason is because you were rude to one of our receptionists" What???? I am the paying customer. A pet's health is at stake. A receptionist can go to the vet and talk him into banning me after 5 years and thousands of dollars? To this day, I truly wonder how a receptionist not even a vet tech has so much power. I still gave this place a five star review because I absolutely loved the way Dr. Montella took care of my pets. Still so......upset how a receptionist has so much power I was never even told a name Edie, one of the receptionists, I have known and liked for years said: " I feel terrible what they said to you. I still don't know what happened." To say I am shocked and upset is an understatement.

I’ve been taking my animals to see Dr. Montella for many many years. Both Dr. Montella and his staff are fantastic. They all have great bedside manners. Dr. Montella is honest, funny, and a pleasure. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he will take care if my babies like they were his own! I trust him completely. Thank you!

You cant ask for a better and more professional vet then Dr. Montella and his crew. I have been going there for over 15 years. They treat you like family. They are awesome.

Staff is kind, compassionate and friendly. My fur baby is treated with care and patience. I really appreciate the visit reminders via email and the fact the reminders list what immunizations or preventative medications your pet is due for. Keep up the great work!

Dr Montella and his staff are always wonderful about responding to question, and show a lot of care and compassion for my dogs. I like that dr Montella is straight forward. While I’ve never had anything more than routine vet care here, I don’t think he would recommend unnecessary procedures or treatments in pursuit of the best care possible. Always easy to reach by phone and I appreciate that someone from the office calls the day after every visit to check to see how the animal is doing.

They have been my go to place for the last 14 years. They took wonderful care of our 14 year old Pal, who recently passed. Now they are taking care of Charlie. Highly recommend them.

Been going here for over 10 years and all of a sudden they don’t want to be helpful and just dropped birds care completely. They’ve been making me wait weeks to get an appointment because they only did bird care “once a week”. Turns out that’s not even a bird technician just a normal groomer. I thought they cared about pets but they just want to make money at the end of the day. Case in point no one bothered to tell me they let go of their bird technicians or I wouldn’t have trusted them as long as I did.
