Dr. Mario Imola and his team are absolutely fantastic. They take their time, discuss what your wants are and don’t push anything on you that you don’t need. Honest and straightforward… plus he did excellent on my Botox and fillers! I’m so happy I found this place.

I broke my nose when I was a kid. So long ago I barely remember the accident. Dr. Mario Imola corrected a 20 year old injury. I wish I would have had this done sooner. I was nervous about surgery but honestly I had no pain at all. Recovery was a breeze. I took a whole week off of work by the 3rd day I was already bored and didn't feel like I couldn't do my desk job at home. The follow up by his team was great. I never felt like I couldn't get answers if I needed them. Now let's talk price. Dr. Imola is expensive my surgery was 10K. He specializes in facial reconstructive surgery and he is worth every penny. If you don't need any facial surgery I do still recommend him for injections. I'm 34 years old and I have the sweet innocent wrinkleless face.

Last week I had a CO2 laser treatment performed on my face and neck by Sarah. While not for the faint of heart, CO2 has been a gold standard, highly effective, trusted treatment for decades. While a bit anxious, I knew I was in excellent, experienced hands with Sarah. She thoroughly explained the process so I knew what to expect. Sarah's bedside manner was outstanding during the procedure, and it went smoothly and seamlessly. For the next week following the procedure, she was there for me through the entire process. I sent photos each morning and we corresponded about my progress and any questions/concerns I had during the healing process. I'm blown away by the results - texture, wrinkles, brown spots, and plumpness are greatly improved. And they'll continue to improve even more over the next several months as the collagen rebuilds and skin renews. I seeked Dr. Imola over a year ago for my first plastic surgery procedure ever. At the age of 63, I felt the need to finally improve on my genetics after seeing a Youtube video, objectively analyzing facial and physical structures in men. While I had many deficiencies for a 'decent looking male', I decided to Have my chin augmented via a chin implant. In the interest of brevity, Dr. Imola is an amazing Surgeon with an amazing Staff! The process starts with Lisa practice manager who has the charisma to brighten anyone's day, and facilitates everything perfectly. At age 65, I am going for more; to augment my infraorbital ridge with another implant... In short, Dr. Imola is magic, and i don't know how he does it. In youtube video, they say "MM's make MM's", millimeters make male models... Dr Imola is the best!

Went in a long overdue hydrafacial by Sarah. All I can say is "wow"! Sarah is very knowledgeable and showed me the sun damage and wrinkle layers underneath my skin. I inquired about my neck wrinkles and Sarah was able to recommend a product to help. Mallory at the front desk equally as amazing and friendly! Dr Mario Imola is the best rhinoplasty surgeon in Colorado. I went into dr Imolas office not knowing how to explain how much, how little, I wanted done. All I wanted was a natural shaped nose that fit my facial features. I was extremely nervous for this reason. I am a 32 year old female who suffered from a horrible snow mobile accident two years ago. I was ejected face first into a tree going down hill at full speed. I suffered from major maxillofacial trauma that left me with deformities that caused severe chronic pain and major complications with getting through life's normal daily routine . Coming out of surgery Dr. Mario and his staff have remained to be as diligent and supportive as when we first met them. They are my medical team and have been dedicated to fighting this battle along side my family and I, in any way they can. I am a year out of my surgery and the biggest compliment is meeting new people and them not evening being able to tell I was in an accident. I can compare pre and post accident pictures and am still blown away by the results. My esthetician can’t even see my scars! Dr Imola was very cold and uninviting in the consultation, I left disappointed knowing I wasted $100, he was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about my concerns but was only truly trying to sell me something. His assistant Lisa was also a bit clueless when I told her what my goals were, saw many employees that had obviously gotten work done there and looked botched, not the best work to display. Dr. Imola gave me what 5 previous doctor's couldn't....a well functioning, straight, and wonderful looking nose! Prior to finding Dr. Imola, I had had 5 revision rhinoplasty's in just as many years to correct my breathing problem which stemmed from a deviated septum. The last rhinoplasty left me with a crooked non-functioning nose, not to mention a huge scar down the middle. I was devastated and I hated looking at myself in the mirror. That's when I discovered Dr. Imola!! He genuinely cared about me and wanted to do whatever he could to help my situation.
