Mario's Italian Kitchen

Had two pasta dishes with my wife tonight. In both dishes, the pasta was tough. My white sauce was very thick with cheese pieces. Not creamy as one would expect.. Almost seemed like it was just heated up. Had great meals there before. The wait staff were terrific. Just an off night.Food: 2/5

This is a great spot! Really cute inside, great Italian menu. We had great friendly service although most of the servers are really young so they can’t always explain dishes real well but friendly and attentive. The manager stopped by and was quite friendly. The food was great the only knock I would say would be the right wing news playing on the TV it wasn’t Fox News it was like some odd news channel that was extremely off putting. I don’t care what your beliefs are at all just odd to have it played at a restaurant.

We have ordered delivery a half dozen times and I can’t tell you how much we love Mario’s. Fast and efficient yes, but the food is so darn good! Always as we ordered it. I’m so glad we can now eat GREAT pizza again! Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian and loves all the choices and options she can have especially with sauces!

We went here for our anniversary 26 yrs. We heard about it because my mother in law read they have gluten free options and make fresh pasta. The Mrs is some Italian so it's hard to please her family. We got a few things ...we got the spagethii bolengese...gnocchi...and risotto. I loved the risotto...any place that has a good risotto has me in their hip pocket. My wife said the gnocchi were fried which was weird and Interesting. They have a unique taste like a funnel cake ....the spagethii was ok but the meat balls were really good. Our services was good ... she missed a few things but she had a great attitude and was very nice her name was Leah. All and all not a bad experience not sure we would drive an hour again. From home but if we were in the area we would try it out...or at least I would...my wife looking over my shoulder didn't give a convincing nod of approval. For sure check it out though it's worth it. We hear they have good pizza so that is what I will get next time. Happy anniversary Mrs Miller thanks for hanging out with me again....love you :

Best BEST FOOD! We were so pleasantly surprised! Service was great… unfortunately there was nobody to answer the phone… which rang off the hook the entire 90 minutes we were there!!!!! Tons of people showed up to eat tonight… I’m guessing they were families that were in town to watch their kids’ sports?

Coffee is great. The 4% credit card fee IS ILLEGAL in Minnesota and you can’t get around it lying saying on the receipt posted prices are cash discounted 325G.051 SURCHARGES ON CREDIT CARDS. Subdivision 1. Limitation; prohibition. a A seller of goods or services may impose a surcharge on a purchaser who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means, provided 1 the seller informs the purchaser of the surcharge both orally at the time of sale and by a sign conspicuously posted on the seller's premises, and 2 the surcharge does not exceed five percent of the purchase price. b A seller of goods or services that establishes and is responsible for its own customer credit card may not impose a surcharge on a purchaser who elects to use that credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check, or similar means. c For purposes of this section "surcharge" means a fee or charge imposed by a seller upon a buyer that increases the price of goods or services to the buyer because the buyer uses a credit card to purchase the goods or services. The term does not include a discount offered by a seller to a buyer who makes payment for goods or services by cash, check, or similar means not involving a credit card if the discount is offered to all prospective buyers and its availability is clearly and conspicuously disclosed to all prospective buyers. Nothing but greatness from this place! From absolutely amazing food, the friendly accommodating stuff, to Mario himself, it is truly a wonderful experience to go here every time! Mario is so talented, humble, kind, and personable!

Never leave reviews but we ordered a pizza from Mario’s specifically said “well done, crispy” cause it’s always undercoooked, the dough was literally raw in the center. we threw it in the oven at home, it was just a messy disaster. Will go with a jacks pizza everytime instead of $20 for a marinara cheese napkin

We tried to have dinner at 5:30 they had open tables. However the hostess said she couldn't seat us because they had reservations arriving at 6:00. I guess it takes more than 30 minutes to turn a table or they don't care about making money.

Very disappointed...we were planning on celebrating my daughter's birthday there only to be told that they didn't have enough servers working to support the 11 of us in our group. It is really starting to get old hearing this. I know it's hard to get workers but how does a person try and plan a celebration when this is what you're being told all the time??
