My boyfriend got me a gift card for my birthday and I got a facial, body scrub, and massage. Quinn did my facial and she was PHENOMENAL!! So sweet! And gave me recommendations for products based on my skin. It was so insanely relaxing there. My skin feels so smooth after the body scrub. Everyone is so sweet

I have been seeing Megan for deep tissue massages for over a year now. She is one of the best therapists I have ever received bodywork from. Extremely thorough and precise.  If you are looking for relief from chronic muscle over-use, postural imbalance, strains or other soft tissue injuries I highly recommend Megan to be your therapist!

Do not go here ! It’s over priced and they can’t even do their job. I booked a double processing with Danielle , sat down in the chair was ready to get my hair done only for her to have someone else come and tell me that Danielle didn’t want to do my hair!!!! Beyond ridiculous then I went to talk to the manager and she was no help either she said I should find somewhere else because that no one in her salon wants to do my hair. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Don’t waste your time people.

I first went into Mario Tricoci a in 2013 after years of coloring at home left me with a mess of blonde hair with orangish spots. Chloe took me in and fixed the color issues. I have been using her as my colorist and Jenna, Riley, and Jade as my stylists ever since. They both rock and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top salon in Crystal Lake. Below are pics of the lunches you can order when having "spa days" which I love to do with my daughter. We get facials and massages with lunch in between and then hair in the afternoon.

I got a massage yesterday and Lilly was my masseuse.  She is fantastic.  They have updated the music and the steamroom was great as well.  All around great experience.
