Mark is a great guy. He attended law school and has a J.D. which I think gives him an advantage of explaining annuities and life policies to his customers. Anyone that has 40 years of experience knows what they're doing.

Jackie the receptionist is extremely rude. Take your money elsewhere. Mark is very kind and helpful but you'll rarely deal with him unless your have major issues.

Jackie and Janice are always very helpful and friendly. We've used Mark's office for our home and auto insurance for over 20 years.

Mark has been our family agent for over 25 years. Anytime I contact him or his office, I receive excellent customer service and the handling of my question/need. Now our children are also customers of Mark and every car change or question is answered in a timely manner and I receive all the necessary information to take care of my needs.
