Last April I purchased a watch from this vendor via Ebay for my husband's birthday. It was especially important to me as it was a Borell watch - the identical watch that had been an heirloom from my mother-in-law which had been stolen, and I wanted to replace it for my husband. When the watch arrived, it didn't work. I emailed Mark, the owner Lecoutre on Ebay and was assured that he would take it back and make any necessary repairs. I sent it back on my own dime. He sent it back to me again and it worked for several days and then stopped. I emailed and called again and he told me that he had a few new watches of the same type that he was about to post on Ebay and I should select the one I wanted. I mailed the original back again - again on my own dime, and after a number of weeks received the "New" watch with the band from the original watch on it. This one was over-wound when we received it and doesn't work. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. Buyer beware!! I am stuck with a $300 broken watch that was supposed to be a great gift. SHAME ON YOU MARK OF TIME.
