I loved coming here, not only do I get a fabulous cut and color but they treat you so good, many perks+ to Mark Pardo SalonSpa... I would recommend to everyone to come experience this salon!
I have been getting my hair styled cut here for the better part of the last 2 years. The staff are always polite and professional, and their respect for customer safety hand washing, masks is truly admirable. Yet, I'm here to ring the bell and sing the praise of Lizzy, who is a remarkably skilled hair stylist. She is a wonderful person and the best thing about the Mark Pardo experience in Nob Hill. I couldn't recommend her or this site more highly.
Horrible experience this morning at Nob Hill Mark Pardo. I brought my 3 yr old son in for a haircut with Celine who has cut my whole families hair in the last 6 months. She was incredibly rude And scared my son making him cry as she yanked a comb through his hair without even saying hello to him. He’s a child for god sake. She told him if he didn’t sit still it would be really bad and she’d make him look terrible. Of course with that comment he did not want to get his hair cut at all after we had been excitedly telling him about his new haircut all week. I was so upset, I told her she needed to slow down and talk to him nicely and it was her job. She said, I have 30 min and then another client. At that point my son was so upset he wasn’t going to let her anywhere near him as the clock ticked. I picked him up and gave her a piece of my mind and walked out with both my son and I in tears. I have gone to this salon for a decade and this is not the first time I’ve been disappointed. They have canceled appointments, jacked up their prices and continued to go from friendly neighborhood business to a dysfunctional, overpriced and in my opinion highly unprofessional operation.
Sasha did a great job cutting my hair! I was able to book an appointment and get in right away. She gave my hair lots of shape and dimension. I will definitely go back!ServicesHaircut
I went for my first time last week and I loved it! Lizzie was great and the whole experience was very relaxing. They do a neck and scalp massage before the cut which is awesome. And the whole thing was surprisingly affordable especially since they do $15 off your first time. Definitely don't go here if you are in a rush. The cut look an hour and a half. But well worth it for me!
This a very pleasant shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Edye is wonderful! My husband had a very bad experience at another shop and was very nervous about getting his hair cut again. It had been a year since that experience! He was delighted with Edye! She listened to his request and was understanding of his nervousness. We are now loyal customers!
My son and I see Rachel. She is amazing and so sweet! We were referred to her after a bad experience with Cheryl at the Juan Tabo location. Rachel is very accommodating and has always been consistent with the quality of services. She is great with my son and I won't go ANYWHERE else!
Hello, My daughter had scheduled her second hair color appointment with your salon. Each appointment scheduled was for a complete color. During the first color, the stylist had begun the color process before divulging the fact the color application would require modifications due to the time allotted. This was in spite of details provided verbally and confirmation of the full description of what was wanted at the time the appointment was scheduled. The second appointment was scheduled for today Friday, April 6, 2018. Once again a detailed description of the hair coloring process was provided at the time the appointment was made with your salon. Fortunately, the stylist was forthcoming and told us that the time allowed would not be sufficient to complete the hair color process. I will never come back to your salon. One time for a confused and miscommunicated hair color. However, twice - this total disregard for customer satisfaction - This is unacceptable. My money is tight. My daughter has made high honor roll each grading period and today was notified that she is a member of the National Honor Society. I am disappointed in your care and service and will not seek your services in the future. People seeking services should feel and believe they are cared for by those providing the service. I would not provide a star. However, I had to mark one star to post this review
I've been going to this chain of salons for well over a decade and I have never walked out unhappy. The stylists pamper and treat you like royalty. The retail staff are knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. Treat yourself - you're worth it!!
