My buying experience was very good. I knew what I wanted and the sales team got it done. My experience in the service department four days later has been poor. A “check engine” light came on the dash when I was out running errands. I took the car in and they wouldn’t check it because it was early afternoon and their bays were full. I took it in early in the morning the next day. In the afternoon I was told to pick up the Jeep. I was told they reset the warning light and tried to get it to go off again. It didn’t. They said it was just a glitch. That evening on I 25 the light went on the dash again. I’m being asked to bring it back in. Not acceptable. I’ve owned the car less than a week and I don’t want to drive to the dealership, get another loaner and wait for my brand new car because the service department didn’t get it right the first time. UPDATE: I was told to bring the car in AGAIN so they could finally fix the check engine light, which I did. I was assured this time that they fixed it and didn't just reset the code to make the light turn temporarily off. They kept my car for a little over 24 hours so they could drive it and make sure the light wouldn't come back on - I found this little odd since no mileage had actually been added to the odometer when I went to pick it up. I just looked down and, huge surprise, the check engine light is back. I returned Patricia's call last week and she has yet to call me back. It seems they're more interested in letting me know Jeep will be sending a survey than making sure they actually deserve the 5-star review they're asking I give them. This has been, hands-down, the worst car buying experience I've ever had and yet one one of the most expensive vehicles I've owned - go figure. 90% of the miles I've put on my new car comes from driving back and forth to this dealership.
Hello all Jeep enthusiasts….I’ve got to be honest, I’m a Porsche guy and have been for a very long time but my wife and I decided to buy an RV and you can’t pull a Macan S or 911 behind the Motorcoach so needless to say, we purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler High Tide! Jordan met us as we walked in the dealership and was more than professional, explained everything about jeeps that we could ever want to know, showed us around, took us on a test drive, but unfortunately there was nothing that appealed to us! With absolutely no pressure, Jordan and Vic, the manager, helped us find the incoming Jeep Wrangler special addition High Tide, made a terrific deal with us on our Porsche Macan S, and a month later, it’s delivered perfectly with customer service just like a Porsche dealer or better! They have gone out of there way to ensure a perfect experience! Patricia, who handles all the aftermarket parts and the experience of owning a jeep has been spectacular at keeping in touch with us, ensured we are satisfied, and constant communication between us and the service department! I’m completely amazed at the quality and professionalism of each and everyone involved with our purchase as I’m a naysayer when it comes to American vehicles and the customer experience! I’m here to tell you that they’re all great Americans who take pride in what they do for each and every customer and I would recommend them to everyone thinking about purchasing a Jeep! Thank you so much for what you do, keep it up because it’s a dying breed of people and businesses and I’m proud and happy to call them my favorite Jeep Wrangler dealership! Went in today, my Chrysler 300 was not acting right and I had to be in Texas for work. We explored trading it in and buying another one. The service department was great and diagnosed it and found that my car just needed a couple of start up cycles for the reset. Everything works great and I was impressed with the customer service and willingness for them to help get me to work. I will definitely be back at some point to purchase a vehicle. I strongly recommend this dealership thank you guys once again!!! They have a great selection and will find the car that you are looking for even if they don't have it in stock.
It was a great experience from beginning to end. Their website allowed me to schedule my appointment with the greatest of ease. When I arrived, the service writer was there to make sure he knew what service was needed. The staff also made sure to protect the interior with a seat cover and floor mat. It took the technician less than an hour to complete the service and my vehicle was returned promptly. Thank you Diego and Darrel and your staff for doing an outstanding job!
I took my vehicle in to get an issue with the lights fixed. The costumer service representative Diego is awesome! Very personable and helpful… but with that being said he can’t control everything. I had to wait for the parts to come just for them to keep my vehicle over 24 hours and when I drive it off the lot it’s not fixed… it’s disheartening to pay that much to not have it fixed. I reached out to Diego and he said to bring it back in and was very nice but that doesn’t excuse the issue that I paid for repairs that didn’t fix the problem… hopefully when j take it back it can get resolve and I can leave a 5 star review. Until then Diego’s great!
My husband and I worked with AnnaMarie. She was very patient with us we are so grateful she came back for the dealership after hours to close the sale. We had a hard time pulling the trigger since we had never purchase such a young car. My cars have always been beaters. AnnaMarie sold us a car at fair market value and we enjoyed the luxury of in person sales. I highly reccomend AnnaMarie and her associates. And when you buy a car you get to bang the Gong!!
They have a really nice automated system here that allows the mechanics to directly suggest things, make updates, and communicate to customers quickly. I sent in a question via this app and got a response almost instantly, which tells me that people are on top of things here. Also, their concierge car pickup/delivery service is great, and the driver for it was really courteous and nice. Would recommend if you have a jeep!
Anna Marie has always been so helpful on questions regarding any cars I have been interested in. Yesterday she got me one of my dream cars when I never thought I’d be able to get anytime soon! She was very transparent and honest regarding the cars I was interested in! She also was able to multi task between multiple customers at the same time without batting an eye! I cannot say enough great things about her! Thank you for such a smooth transition into our new SUV! You rock!
We have purchased 4 Jeep Cherokees from Casa Chrysler Jeep, but this last purchase was the best experience we have had. Our salesman, Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and an overall great pleasure to work with, The sales manager, Vic, was extremely easy to work with and cared about our needs. He worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for without us feeling pressured. Ann in finance was also knowledgeable and helpful. I made an appointment to have my Jeep fixed and an oil change. They scheduled the apt and said everything was fine. When I picked my Jeep up they didn't fix it and said it would have to come back at a different time for 2-3 days. When I complained to the manager he said he would get me a loaner car. That was over a month ago and now he's not returning my calls. The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Every time I have to take my Jeep in for service they cause problems. I will never buy anything from them again and I deeply regret buying a service contract that I am stuck with for 4 more years.
