We had an excellent experience with Ashley here. When we were in the shopping around phase, she took her time and showed/explained everything to us. I'd told her what our budget was and we never feel pressured to spend more, and got something everyone loves for well within our range. The best part was how they worked with us on a fast turnaround so that I could pop the question on a planed trip to Oregon, even working with me to get the ring shipped to us in Oregon without my fiancé knowing! Can't recommend highly enough.

My husband got my engagement ring from Mark’s Diamonds, and then I got my wedding ring there, and we love them! They were so easy to work with, they have an awesome selection, and they really helped me with the fit of my ring. They also redipped my rings the week of the wedding so that they would really sparkle. I just got my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together, and they did a great job! Would highly recommend them for any jewelry needs, but especially for engagement and weddings!

My fiancé and I had recently moved to Denver and needed a jeweler for our wedding bands. We had gone to a Denver jeweler the diamond reserve to get my ring appraised and resized and I could not believe how rude, rushed and unorganized they were. They acted like they could never make time for appointments even to literally just pick up the resized ring and made us feel like a burden throughout the process. So we knew we couldn’t go there for our wedding bands. I had a specific request for canary diamonds that matched my engagement ring diamond, and called five other jewelers in the area to see if anyone could make it happen. Four jewelers turned me away and told me what I was looking for wasn’t possible. Bobby at Marks Diamonds was the only one who vowed to make it work for us - and he absolutely did!! He found the most stunning canary diamonds for my wedding band and was incredibly patient and helpful while we went through the design process. He wasn’t pushy or salesy, he truly just wanted to make the ring of my dreams within our budget. He totally knocked it out of the park. The design is more than I could’ve hoped for - completely unique, matches my engagement ring and fits my style perfectly. We’ve loved every visit to Marks diamonds, will recommend them to all of our friends and look forward to having them as our Jeweler moving forward! This review is based on the customer service that I have received on the ring that my fiancé purchased for me. Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark’s Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark’s Diamonds and it’s so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. Thirdly, I want to also shout-out their jeweler- I’m so happy with the custom ring that my fiancé made for me and the craftsmanship and quality of my ring is unmatched. And lastly, every person that I’ve worked with at Mark’s Diamonds has been super nice and welcoming. I want to thank you all for that because I’ve definitely been in jewelry shops where that wasn’t the case. Again, the level of customer service that I received here is unlike any other and makes me happy that my fiancé chose to go with you all for my ring. Thanks again, Marks Diamonds. I have been doing business with Mark since 2007. I wouldn't ever consider doing business with anyone else in this business. They're local and family owned. They have some of the most beautiful diamonds I've ever seen. Every time I've met with Mark, I learned something new about diamonds and jewelry. What's awesome about buying from them is; you look at individual stones and you then have the freedom to choose a unique setting to your liking. They do have a beautiful showroom. They operate on an appointment only basis which is nice. This gives you a personalized experience regardless of your budget. You'll be treated like an important client. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market for quality jewelry/diamonds/gems. Thank you Mark and Family.

The best jeweler in Denver and my favorite in every city I’ve ever lived in! Bobby and Autumn are especially helpful and the owner couldn’t be any nicer. They have unique and timeless pieces for affordable prices but the customer service is what sets this place apart. I’ve had earrings made, bought two necklaces, a ring, and had a ring repaired. Great for all your jewelry odds and ends and the only place I trust with my heirlooms!

We had such a wonderful experience with Bobby at Mark's Diamond. It took a little time from our initial visit to find the perfect ring for my fiance now wife due to our less traditional approach to finding an engagement ring. Bobby was so patient with us, and we never felt pressured. He took the time to find the perfect setting and diamond for my wife, and I've never seen her happier! She was smiling ear to ear when she got the ring. It was so beautiful on her. Thank you Bobby for making a stressful process so effortless and enjoyable! "Simply the best. Better than all the rest." A cover of this song was playing in the lobby every time I've been in here and it's very fitting. I never wear jewelry, so I had trouble determining my size for my engagement ring. When my ring came in, I, of course, immediately needed a resize. I called 6 other places, all of which had ridiculous turn around times or didn't work with platinum. Cue Marks Diamonds to the rescue. Bobby and Megan both spent time to help me really determine the right size and were such kind, enjoyable people. Great atmosphere, great people, and fast, reliable work. I'm not sure if I will add a wedding band, but if I decide to, I definitely want them to design/make it!!

I'm so glad I've finally found a jeweler I can trust! Amazing customer service, pricing and workmanship. They take time to listen, answer questions, and understand what the customer wants. And then they deliver exactly that, in a timely fashion. I've had work done at many Denver jewelers over the years, and Mark's truly is the best!
