The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they have a lot of great ideas to help you decide decide what you want to buy.. Love this store. Staff is exceptional. Everything they have to offer is fantastic and they keep you informed and up-to-date about your items. Lots of great gift ideas and specialty items from Hawaii.

Very nice, helpful clerks! So fun at the Hallmark Premiere event today. Everyone there made what could have been a stressful time fun and joyful. They even arranged a 4-part harmony quartet to provide Christmas carols to enhance the spirit! Wonderful staff and a bounty of meaningful goodies! Highly recommend!

AMY the manager is very weird and childish she has no respect and doesn’t have any customer service skills. She acts like a toddler. Avoid this place at all costs. The one @ ala Moana more better!

It has an abundant selection of items. Unfortunately, the cashier charged me more than the price tagged and when I asked why, she said the tag is mainland price. I mentioned to the cashier that she should charge me for the price tagged. She gave me my change and looked away. I could have asked to return but it wasn't worth the hassle.
