Beautiful work and the best customer service! I have had my engagement ring that Mark made for three years, and I damaged it. Mark fixed it the same day I brought it in and for a great price. Note - I drove six hours to bring it back to him. My trust in him is worth a weekend trip back to Birmingham to know that the job will be done right. My ring is a custom piece and I have people ask about it daily. It is so incredibly special from the setting and design to the stones. Make worked with my now husband to create the perfect ring of my dreams within our budget. Just a straight up kind of guy who is exceptional at what he does. Just a wonderful business to work with.

Good people! Having never been there before, I stopped in to have a pocket watch repaired of sentimental value. I needed it done within 5 days for my wedding and thought it might not be possible and definitely would not be cheap. The sweet woman at the desk took it to the back and came out a short time later with it running. They fixed it and replaced the battery free of charge! Also, she offered to clean my ring right when I walked in while we talked. Bonus- No one tried to sell me anything while I waited. Sincerely nice people. I will be a lifelong customer for whenever I need jewelry items or repair!

I absolutely love Scott and Mark! They have always taken care of me, my family and any friends I send their way. Now that I live 2 hours away, I still refuse to go anywhere else for any jewelry needs. I just stop by Mark's store when I'm in town and I'm never disappointed when I do. We are treated with the upmost class and respect. Not only did Scott make my engagement ring just perfect, he even repaired a ring I did not buy from them. Had a gold chain repaired that was my fathers sentimental. They did great work and even better customer service. Could not recommend more highly.

They replaced the bail on my pendant looks beautiful great job guys! If you need your jewelry repaired or polished it’s a great place to go.

I picked this place based on google reviews over a well known place in Mountain Brook with terrible reviews on yelp. I’m so glad I did! Very friendly staff and other customers seemed happy in the store. I only had a few links taken out of a watch, but it was very fast and was not charged anything. I appreciate great customer service and Mark’s definitely has this. I will be back to browse!

This is absolutely the place to go for watch batteries. The batteries only cost $10.00 You can go in and out in just 10 minutes.
