MARK WALLO PUMP SERVICE

Cannot say enough about how great Mark was. Woke up to no water and not knowing what was wrong with our well or who to call. Put it out on Facebook and several people recommended Mark Wallo. Gave him a call he came out when he said not on Mountain Time and got us going. Also gave us great advice and options for dealing with this in the future since this drought is not easing up. Will be recommending him to everyone.

A PGE power outage caused our well to stop working. We discovered we had no water at midnight. We called Mark and left a message at midnight that our bed and breakfast was without water & full of guests. Mark called me before 6 am and said he was on his way. Had my water back up and flowing by 6;30 am. My guests were still sleeping and did not even notice the water was missing. Thank you Mark for your amazing service over the years. Just have to note, this other review, they must be talking about someone else. Mark is nothing but nice, never been rude or arrogant, he is quite the opposite.

I just called Mark Wallo and he’s going to come help with our pump that stopped working. This is the third time I’ve called him in three years; every time he has responded immediately and has been super helpful. Each time it has been an inconvenient time today the day before Thanksgiving and the other times late in the day, and horrible weather, yet he responds, fixes the problem, and has very good prices. He doesn’t change for things you don’t need and he even teaches you things to take care of your pump and well. He is courteous and kind. We highly recommend calling Mark Wallo for your pump and well needs! Five Stars without reservation!
