Marks is a top shelf business that cares about kids in our community. I showed up yesterday to pick up some dry ice for a school demonstration and they gave me 15 lbs for free! They said if it's for a school project or demonstration then it's free of charge. Great group of guys!

I went by Mark and got the best customer service you could ask for. I got dry ice to ship a Christmas turkey and to my father out of state. They helped me box up the Turkey and help me get it already for shipping i could not have asked for a better experience if you ever need their services im sure that that you would be pleased.

I hooked up my new CO2 bottle incorrectly and it bled out overnight. I took it back to Mark's to refill again and Cory filled it up and gave me a washer to make sure I didn't do it again. I went to pay and he said, have a great day, sorry you had trouble. He didn't have to do anything for me. It was my own dumb fault. Thanks Cory! Blown away! Customer for life!

when I took my fire extinguisher to this place for service the guy working there tried to sell me another fire extinguisher for 80 bucks and refused to service the one I had! I took my fire extinguisher to another place and got it serviced for five dollars!
