Took my daughter to Stephanie Garrett who rents a booth at this salon. I gave her a picture of my daughter's hair and a picture of what my daughter wanted. She assured me she could perform the needed process. Long story short, my daughter's hair is ruined and looks horrible. This was for her senior PROM. My daughter is heart broken and I'm out $170. She offered to "fix"it but I refused. She did a terrible job the first time and I'm not putting my daughter back in her chair for a second round. I want my money back. Will be talking to an attorney soon.

I bought a groupon from Carol and called and messaged the next day and she messaged me back today saying she's no longer working yet she still has the groupon up selling. Groupon is only giving me the option of groupon bucks. I feel scammed If your not working you should not have the groupon up!
