I was super scared to trust anyone to handle my Balenciaga sneakers but this place changed that! My sneakers look brand new I wouldn’t trust any other shoe repair!
Unfortunately, communication at this shop is not very good. This shop took my shoe which has a broken heel and never called to inform me of the status of my shoe repair. I dropped my shoe off in June and as of August, I have no clue what happened to my shoe. The repair slip been lost and there is no way to track it.
They delayed the day that they would return 2 pairs of shoes. They didn't do a great job stretching my shoes.
I'm so impressed with the high quality of workmanship! You can tell how much they care by their kindness and responsiveness, too. They did excellent repairs to two vintage and very sentimental Louis Vuitton bags and I trust them completely for any repairs I need moving forward. Highly recommend!
This is the best shoe repair establishment in the DMV area. They have repaired the most complex boot, purse, shoe, wallet and zipper projects for me over the years, and I'm always very pleased with the finished product. They have the best prices in town. John and Christian are awesome!
