Love the Co-op so lucky to have an amazing store like this in town. It makes having food sensitivities so much easier! You can find good deals, competitive prices, but sometimes more expensive. Can't find something just ask! Make sure to grab a deli item and a coffee and enjoy the Co-op!

Not a good value. Not my kind of store. Bulk area is great food you can't get any where else
A lot is ridiculously over priced.
Example osmosis water was $0.50 a gallon. It is 0.27 at Walmart. Walmart is a for profit store. The co-op is not for profit. Come to your own conclusions. I get the creeps from this store. Response to manager of store:
My membership dates back pre barraga street when the store was across the street from it's current location. Water is .27 at Walmart in green bay. It is .39 at the last place I looked super one in iron mountain. I do appreciate buying from local farmers and paying more for their uncontaminated products is worth more.

Are you a hipster? Do you enjoy words like Organic and gluten-free? Well this is the place for you. Seriously though, good food selection.

During the summer of 2017, I basically lived off food from the salad bar and I also ate daily, their vegan breakfast sandwich.
I was traveling and spent about 12 days in Marquette, being vegan, I was super happy to find this co-op, so many options. The salad bar was always full of fresh greens, a wide variety of vegetables, and cubed tofu or chickpeas or quinoa or beans. I often bought salads that were over $12 but, I always felt like it was well worth the price.
Salads are weighed at checkout, not sure the price per pound but, be aware if you load up your box with cherry tomatoes. The salad bar was different almost daily, for sure there are staple items like greens and tomatoes but, they rotate the tofu/chickpeas/quinoa/beans portion of the salad bar.
Another must try vegan option is their vegan breakfast sandwich, OMG this sandwich is incredible! Never mind, waiting for breakfast, this thing is super delicious at any time of the day... The homemade sauce is hot but, also super tangy and addictive, so good! I would be out riding the super sweet MTB trails and dreaming of getting another vegan breakfast sandwich when is was done.
In addition to the food, the people who work there are so helpful and hardworking. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling and providing a super welcoming environment. I met one employee while out riding the South trails, Chad M. and his wife, they were so kind and helpful. I crashed pretty hard on the Scary Trail and they helped me, making sure I wasn’t hurt too bad and offering to ride me out and back to the trailhead.
I cannot say enough good things about the Marquette Co-op, or the city of Marquette in general, and all the awesome people I met last summer. To be honest, ever since I left there, I cannot go a day without thinking about or telling someone about Marquette. I feel like I have been infected, all I think about is how can I relocate to Marquette.
If I ever do make the move to Marquette, the first stop I make, once I get to town will be at the co-op. I will eat and then fill out an application. I like this place so much, I would even like to work here; such a positive environment.
Stay gold, Marquette Co-op!
