Marquez Iron Works

I used Marquez ECE Construction to fix an outdoor electric gate that stopped working and locked me outside of my gate for the weekend. They came up immediately today and fixed the problem. They were very professional and will now be my new go to company in the future! Thank you!

They came promptly with a very good estimate. His sketch design was done right there and the completed project was right on. Install was on time, we highly recommend Mr Marquez.

I am adding to my previous review. We used Marquez again for a big project. We replaced all of the wood fencing around our house with a rough face colored block wall. We are very pleased with the final product. The wall was finished on time. It looks beautiful and Mr. Marquez was always quick to address any questions we had. This is the third time we have used them and we've always been satisfied with the quality of the work. We used Marquez Concrete for stamped concrete and pavers on a patio remodel and they also poured concrete in a side yard and driveway. We were very impressed with the skill of the employees. The crew is very pleasant and hard-working. We had used the company for a fence a couple of years ago and were happy with that as well. We highly recommend Marquez Concrete and Iron works.

Marquez and his team just completed work at my house. Was a great experience. Professional all around, arrived on time and as expected, polite and very hard working crew. Impressed to see the owner's daughter join him to conduct measurements and pricing, and his son coming to join the crew in the demolition work. Excellent work ethnic , respect and commitment that extended to his entire crew. End product large concrete patio, modern rectangular path, etc. all came out amazing. They also worked with me to adjust and frankly improve my sprinkler system, move hot tub, and improve my side fence. Marquez worked with me to adjust plans with patience when I had new ideas. His team had immaculate clean up every day. I even saw one crew member painstakingly removing bits of concrete from my house siding so it was perfect before they finished. A 5-star operation. If you want quality work, reasonable price, no headaches then this is your company. Highly recommend.

Mr. Marquez was very kind, prompt and willing to work with my schedule. This is the second time we have hired his company for concrete work and we couldn’t be happier. The crew doing the work was respectful and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Marquez stopped by to check on the progress during the job as well which was great to see.

We had a large concrete patio poured by Marquez. They were friendly and very professional. Our project was completed quickly and they accommodated our scheduling needs. The crew was polite and friendly. They left our home clean and in better order than when they started. The final product greatly exceeded our expectations. Marquez Iron Works developed an area in our side yard, dropping concrete and building a wall. They installed two gorgeous gates. They worked super hard to be flexible with our HOA and the adjustments we kept having to make as well as to have the job done as soon as quality and materials would allow. MIW worked with our schedule and their pricing is reasonable. Their work is gorgeous and my family is super pleased with it.

I've had Marquez Iron Works make two gates and one security door for me. One of the gates and the security door were made a few years ago. They still are holding up great! I had the 2nd gate delivered and installed last week. It looks BEAUTIFUL and is super sturdy!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Kudos to Cesar and everyone at Marquez Iron Works!!! They're a joy to work with and the prices are super fair!!!

I looked around for a contractor to cut my curb and build an apron for my drive way. The city doesn’t license many for right of way projects city owns the curb. I found Mr. Marquez after contacting many contractors. He came out, measured and gave me an estimate with no pressure. I contacted him and he gave me a date he could start. The work came out amazing, however I noticed that they chipped my driveway when they demolished the sidewalk. I’ve contacted Mr. Marquez on whether I should be concerned for future cracking, but he still hasn’t replied in over a week. However, his company is professional and legit, and he does everything by the code. I will still give him 5 stars although I was upset about them chipping my driveway and no response. Samuel

I have a very large driveway, including a section over a drainage ditch, that needed to be replaced. Marquez' team did a very professional job removing the existing driveway without damaging the house or the brand new landscaping right next to the driveway. The new driveway looks great and the finish is very nice.
