Marshalls

This Marshalls is one of the best Marshall’s I’ve ever been to. I drive all the way from Orange County to shop here because they have a ton of designer clothing, awesome deals, and a great variety. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable budget, I would not recommend this marshals because the cheaper items are very limited, at least for the men’s clothing. They have a ton of items by Theory, and the prices aren’t that bad either. They also have a nice home goods section, with a ton of cool snacks to choose from. The store is really clean, and I feel like it blends well with them all. Absolutely worth the trip.

Cute stuff and great finds. You just have to really look. Ross is cheaper but Marshalls is better quality. The lines are big but they go fast. Good service

SONIA was the best floor assistant I have ever came across & I shop on the regular; her vibe was eminent. The charging machine they have is off the hook ! Most definitely recommend this spot. Wish I could’ve stayed to shop but my Jeweler couldn’t wait.

Organization and cleanliness is questionable. Staff doesnt really walk the floors to assist or clean up. This location is attached to a mall so it gets a lot of traffic. Staff should be on top of cleanliness and organization more. You can find soaps and shampoos abandoned in the childrens toy section across the other side of the store. Departments of clothing seem to magically move around and change spots overnight. Suddenly the mens shorts are where the womens coats used to be. The kitchen and snacks area has never been clean or organized, no matter what season it is. Even during the slow season. The lock on the mens restroom stall is just a straight up hole so its accessible from both sides. That means any stranger or curious unattended child could stick their finger in the lock hole and open it from the wrong side. That is extremely concerning from the toilet perspective. I dont want anyone just opening the door on me. Fix this asap. I can forgive the lack of cleanliness and organization in the store but i cannot forgive a restroom that hasnt been cared for in years.

I bought underwear packaged with lots of tape, as it is True Religion 3+1 for $10 it looked like a great deal. I opened it in my car and there was a medium Hurley and another with a hole. Only 2 were fine. I went back to ask for $5 off as only 2 were okay. They made me wait for 20 minutes, then, I had to ask the cashier what Andrew the Cashier Supervisor decided. The best they can do is $7 so I just returned it for a refund. What a hastle. I work for Amazon and now I know not to expect Great Service from #Marshalls because their policy is to #RipOff customers, and what a #FAIL just bad, really bad #BadCustomerService. Watch the video!

Very big .. big cloth collection.. you have to dig for the cloths you want.. i liked the way how do they devided each size .. it makes it easier to look for the size.

This is a very large store with a lot more variety than most. I went for a coffee syrup that is only available for Christmas and I try to stock up for the year. It was after Christmas and I still wanted a few more bottles. I was happy to find 4! One had not been marked down yet. The register staff, Jacob, quickly found a manager, Nicole, who immediately did the markdown. Jacob asked if I wanted the bottles wrapped to avoid breakage and they even asked if I wanted help carrying it to my car! I certainly don't see that level of service very often these days. Overall a great experience. We were in a hurry so I couldnt spend a lot of time there. I definitely want to go back when I have more time to explore the other merchandise.
