Martha's income tax has been highly recommended to my family an friends . She has done an amazing job with my taxes for the past 6 years. She knows what she's doing, and numbers don't lie. I have never had a problem with the irs. I've also gotten a notarized letter here. Thanks Martha for the great services.

IGNORED AFTER PAYING $499 FOR CREDIT SERVICES! I don’t normally take the time to post negative reviews on small owned businesses as I know some people take reviews very seriously and actually take the time to research who they are going to be dealing with before even stepping into the business itself. Unfortunately, did not do so. I found this business through a friend. He recommended the credit repair service. I went based off my friends word. My experience with the talking to Martha the owner was pleasant at first. She explained the process to me, and proceeded to charge her fee up front for the service $499. I though the fee was a bit high, but nonetheless I paid it thinking this would help me get my credit back on track. Well fast forward 6 months, and nothing has been done on my account. In Dec. 2021. I tried reaching out to her via calls and messages to get an update on my account. She responded 2 weeks later saying she got sick. I told her it’s okay I understand, but there where no updates to my account. Long story short, since I saw there was no progress made, I asked her to reimburse my money. And just leave my account alone. This was through text as she stopped answering her phone. She responded several days later telling me that she had done what she said she’d do. And that she could not reimburse me because she had done the work. I asked her exactly what work she was referring to since my account has not changed. I have the same negative marks on my account I started with. Nothing has changed. There was a moment where I got a notified from credit karma that some accounts had been closed, but they came back up. I’ve checked it with my Experian acct which I pay $25 a month to monitor. Nothing has changed. I’m extremely disappointed with Martha and her business practices. After that last message she has not answered my calls or messages. If your looking for credit repair, I would stay away from this place. I knew most places who offer the service are scams, but again, I was recommended this service from a friend. Only to be ripped off, mistreated, and ignored by a woman I paid $499 to help me with my credit. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I've been filing my taxes with Martha for four years and this year will be the 5th, she has provided excellent customer service, all staff are friendly and helpful with questions that I have had, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has great prices and overall a great tax preparer

Martha and her staff are very unprofessional when it comes to handling an issue. Martha is the "owner/boss" in the building but doesnt know anything about customer service. I called to speak with her about an error she did and instead of excepting HER error she blamed me saying it was my fault. She doesnt explain things right, when she speaks to you she tries to speak like if you are illiterate. Me, as a manager would've handled the situation differently. I would have excepted my mistake I would have apologized and explained it how it was going to work after . But NO she screamed over the phone blaming me. I paid you 135 dollars to do my taxes and this is how you speak to your customers ? You're horrible and you need to be well educated on customer service.

Had a great experience Martha is really knowledgeable in her area and very friendly, I recommend if you are looking for a tax preparer.
