Martial Posture

Martial Posture has been a life saver for our busy family. The staff provide structure, discipline and fun for our son and provide the consistent care and coverage that allow my husband and I to continue to grow our demanding careers. After-school care, half-day and full-day camps when PSD closes early or altogether, fun summer camp programming, and even emergency care like today when the district decided at noon to close schools at 1pm - Ish and Helen and the team were there to pick up our kids so parents didn’t have to scramble to pick them up in time. I am so thankful to be a part of the Martial Posture family.

My kids liked this summer camp, so I was going to send them back next summer. I received an email advertising an early bird price of $249 in February, so I registered them. Their payment site is confusing and janky, so when I saw a $20 higher price in the cart, I figured they just hadn't updated it and completed the registration. They've always been responsive to emails in the past, so I emailed letting them know the price on their payment site was wrong. In response, I got an email from the owner telling me that the price in the email was the wrong one and I had paid the correct price. When I asked if they would honor their advertised price and refund my $20, he cancelled my registration completely. I was really disappointed in their completely unprofessional and unnecessary response.

This my spot! My son has been going here for over 4yrs. and I enrolled my youngest son in their program last year. Martial Posture has taught my son's, discipline, focus and that hard work does pay off. The staff are amazing too. Excellent place to build a well-rounded warrior.

What a wonderful place. Our second grader comes to Martial Posture for everything: after school programs; summer camp; Martial Posture is even open for half-day and full-day camps whenever the school district is closed! The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, as is the owner. I'd live here if I could!

We love Martial Posture! Our kindergartener was so nervous to start karate and go to aftercare, and Mr Ish and his team could not have been better for our family! The pickups from Greenfield are seamless, and the whole team knows our kid so well. The MP team has made aftercare easy, with camps and extended hours on half days and school holidays.

We are so grateful to the martial posture team for providing our kindergartener with an amazing year of after school programming. Our child was walked safely from school to martial posture twice a week for after school programming. He learned karate, gained confidence and had fun! He also enjoyed the day off camps which allowed him to have a fun and structured day from 9am - 3pm while we worked. As an added bonus, school unexpectedly closed early due to a heat wave this week and while scrambling to figure out how to leave work early, we received an email that of course martial posture would be picking our kids up early- free of charge. This was truly over and above anything we could have asked for. We are so excited for the belt test this weekend and look forward to many more years at Martial posture!

Love this place and highly recommend it! We came when my son turned 4 and a year later he is just a different kid. so much concentration, awareness, and physically he became very strong and muscly. Instructors are great and caring and really pay attention to every single kid!

Martial Posture is a fantastic place to send your kids to learn self defense, tricking, and life skills. The owner Ish is an amazing person and great teacher. I worked there for a brief time and while I was there I saw Ish and the other instructors teach the kids complex and fun physical skills while also imparting life lessons and mental skills. I saw the kids grow into stronger more confident young men and women and I would strongly recommend any parent interested in having their kids learn a self defense art or are just looking for an after school or weekend activity to send their kids to Martial Posture. You won’t regret it!

Convenient after school program for our daughter attending Greenfield. The staff is great and offers options for the kids enjoyment. Our daughter took the dance program and enjoyed learning to dance!
