Ethne Hedren allowed information she had knowledge of to be withheld at mediation. She was evasive instead of straightforward which made the process much slower and more expensive than needed. She was not afraid to use personal attacks in correspondence.

Stefanie Wagner handled my wife's and my wills and our estate planning and she was great!! She asked a ton of questions and even things that we would've never thought about to provide. She and the office were very professional and I've also referred my dad and other family members and friends to her as well. It's never a fun thing to talk about the bad "what ifs" but she made us feel comfortable about it and we feel great knowing that should anything ever happen to either of us, we know exactly what is going to happen to everything when we are gone and make sure that our loved ones are taken care of!!!

We hired Becky Martin in a child support modification case. At our first meeting, she was very helpful in explaining our rights, the process, and potential outcomes. Her knowledge of Minnesota law and experience in winning similar cases was extremely helpful in making us feel confident that we chose the right attorney. She even offered advise in other areas that we weren't fighting, but that we had many concerns about, such as, visitation/parenting time, paying for private school, and other issues. She offered direct, concise answers to all of our questions. We are very pleased with the services we received from everyone at Martin & Wagner and would highly recommend them. We will be hiring them again for our estate planning and Will that needs to be revised.
