Mary E Fischer, DMD - St. Johns Family Dental

I recently moved to St. Johns and was looking to find a new dentist. I am beyond grateful that I found Dr. Fischer. Both my wife and I scheduled an appointment with her and performed routine oral care, and both of us had wonderful experiences. Dr. Fischer is beyond kind, considerate, professional, and caring. It was without a doubt my best experience with a dentist. She is also very knowledgeable and interested in her patients.

Dr.Mary Fischer is one of the Best Dentists I've ever had in my 50+ years of going to dentist's! She is Honest,Sweet and Most of All KIND! You can count on her to Fix your teeth the right way and give you options if available. She'll never do anything unnecessary like many others do.She is a Good Human! Then there is her Hard working, sweet Receptionist Holly who puts up with some pretty mean people in this world and she Still goes above and beyond to get you in, figure out your insurance- which neither are easy tasks-They Both deserve 100 Stars if it was an option on here. Just Love them both!!

Dr. Fischer is absolutely the best dentist I have ever gone to! She is no nonsense, professional and efficient. My dad recommended her a year ago, both my children now go to her too. Everything she does feels effortless and so quick. Very, very happy with Dr. Fischer:

Mary is the best dentist I've ever had. Appointments are easy to make, costs are reasonable and care is - well - careful. Dr. Fischer has a good sense of the psychology of dentistry, as well as tooth and gum care. She's down to earth and practical, but also passionate about care.

Dr. Fischer is amazing. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist. As in it took me 20 years and a missing filling and lots of tooth pain to go to a dentist. Her staff is attentive and caring and I feel comfortable with all if them. I even got my roommates going to her too.

I have been a patient with Dr Fischer for nearly 20 years. She is friendly and extremel likeable! When I first came to her I was in dire need of dental help. Dr Fischer is thorough and an excellent professional. I have gone to other dentist, and dental chains. they take your money and demand several appointments for issues such as rooth canals Dr Fischer uses her time efficiently and my last root canal was done quickly and with less pain then any other dentist I have used. I strongly recommend Dr Mary Fischer. She has been there for me and has worked with me on all my issues from insurance to dental work!

I love going to the dentist have for as long as I can remember. I had the same dentist from the time I was born until he retired in my 20s. I found another great dentist and have been going there for years. I was with out a car for 2 years during that time I wanted to go to the dentist and unfortunately my dentist was really far and not on a bus route. So I decided to go someplace else wanting to get my teeth cleaned. So I picked this place it was close and a few people said she was great. During my visit she found an old filling from when I was a kid that was falling off so she replaced it. That was 5 years ago. I STILL HAVE PAIN IN THAT TOOTH! I went back 2 days later to tell her I could not eat or drink I was in so much pain. She had the nerve to tell me it was my fault that something was wrong with me but it was NOT her work that did it. I went to 2 different dentists after this like 2 weeks after this and both said the last dentist I went to drilled to deep and the filling was sitting on nerves. I have the xrays still! I ended up needing a root canal because of the negligent of this dentist. I still suffer from pain in the area due to the tooth being so drilled out now. I in no way can recommend going to this place. I can not recomend the pain I went through or the time I lost because of this woman lack of care. If she had admitted fault and fixed it then this would be a complete different review but unfortunately she could not admit fault for something she did wrong. That's just pathetic.

Love Dr. Fischer she awesome and cares about her patients and will go the extra distance for them to make sure that they get what they need she is compassionate about what she does and genuinely cares I have not found another dentist that genuinely cares about their patients overall being Thank you for all you have done for me truly appreciated

I love Mary. She is the sweetest most gentle dentist ever. She is always looking out for your best interest!!

Very friendly, awesome staff, and great service. I've been seen by Dr. Fischer for decades now and would not want to be seen by another dentist.
