Plus Mary can assist with nutritional advice for optimum athletic performance or to lose or maintain your proper weight. The atmosphere is pleasant and your classmates often become your friends, which is a big bonus to keep showing up. Her Boot Camps are outstanding and not one-size fits all, so you are free to work at a level appropriate for you and to improve from there. And the best news is that EVERYONE at Mary's Fitness improves! But, part of the responsibility is yours. YOU have to walk through the door.

Great ladies yoga class. Meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8 AM. Pay by class or by month. Highly recommend the movement class. It runs for 6 weeks. Mary also does private training. Suggest you check out an active aging class. I do the drop in system. No membership fee!

I've been doing the Women and Weights class for 7 months. Its helped me with weight loss and physical and core strength that I had lost over the years! I recommend Mary's Fitness to anyone young or old. Group or personal training, she's the BOMB!

Mary's always been flexible in helping me to achieve my goals from nutrition to fitness. Most trainers seem to push you to injury but there is no pressure from Mary to work beyond what your capabilities are. She takes her work seriously and she's truly vested in your progress!!
