Maryland Property Management LLC

I rented from Maryland Property Management for a little over a year. They are a very poorly run company. The office hours are not what they say: 8 am until 4 pm: How I wish they were. If you try to give their office a call there is a 10% chance that they will call you back. If you leave a message, do not expect that anyone will give you a call back. The only contact that I have had with this awful company in 11 months is the automated email generated from Apfolio every month telling me my bill is due. Asking for money is the one thing they can do right. I can only imagine what working with this company would be like as a property owner. I imagine that it is just as awful as being a tenant . My experience with this company has not been on a professional level. If i could rate them any lower than the star rating i would.

I would like to point out that MPM, LLC has a F rating with BBB. Their site states an A rating. I have had dealing with this company as a landlord, and the experience was horrible and do not wish anyone to deal with this company. *add on Not sure what happened with my old post. We hired Tim to manage our home when stationed overseas. While we had a hard time with tenants, the company did not help at all. They took our money for an installed heat pump and did not install, not until we had BGE home to inspect the unit, because it has leaked and damaged our master bedroom did we find out Tim did not install the unit. It took almost four months for Tim to install the unit we had paid and was told was installed. Meanwhile we were left with the cost of the damage done. This was just one problem we had, I have several more but you get the picture.

Had a great experience with MPM. The service was always friendly and very prompt to responding to any issues. Highly recommend!

We have been fortunate to work with Maryland Property Management for a couple of months now. Their leadership team and staff have been nothing but professional and courteous to us throughout our experience. We would recommend anyone to Maryland Property Management looking for a professional working relationship.

At one point of my Rental process I was managing it by myself what a nightmare. I had the opportunity to meet Ted he has taken over that property he has tried to do the best he could according to Baltimore City rules and regulations for tenants. It's a shame that tenants know how to run a game but to the best of Maryland Property Management they've done a great job on managing my property. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Ted 4 help me to understand it's not how much money you collect in a month is how much you collect in a year. I just wish that the office was a little more reachable via phone calls
