Raised a Muslim while growing up in a predominantly Sunni culture and little did I know where I was until prayer started. “Did as the Romans do”, which was a marginal and not as significant of a difference in terms of salah performance. Then after the Salah, I approached the humble Imam, inquired about the differences between and Sunnis and Shiites. Not only did he answer all of my questions with diligence and modesty, he also gave me a book, an introduction to Shia Islam so I can blow away any smoke looming due to misconceptions. Evidently, as I was going up, stories of Sunnis and Shiites having this deep animosity towards one another was always a question I never had a clear answered to for I only heard opinions and facts one-sidedly. Now, I really don’t see why people of the same religion, Sunnis or Shiites, irrespective of what their ideological differences is, would repel one other instead of embracing their similarities and acknowledge the fact that, from the beginning and in the end, WE ARE MUSLIMS worshipping no one but Allah.

Beautiful mosque. This was my first time going there and I was absolutely stunned by how much thought was put into the design interiorly and exteriorly.

This place is a very clean and beautiful mosque. Regarding the programs, they are mostly in Urdu, but from time to time they have awesome speakers.
