Massachusetts Eye and Ear Longwood

The surgical staff were incredible - very kind, attentive and jovial. Took such good care of me, especially Allen and Margaret. Can’t thank them enough. Despite having surgery, could almost say my experience was enjoyable, thanks to the staff that made it such a breeze.

I have to come with my father every year here. I see that the wait time gets longer and longer. My father is 86 years old. It is inacceptable to have an elderly man more than 2 hours waiting to finish his appointment. This is unacceptable.
