Sports Massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Swedish Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Cranio Sacral Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Kinesiology Taping.
All massages are a full 60, 90 or 120 minutes which includes custom Hyrdotherapy Packs by Paula and aromatherapy for stress reduction.
