Excellent customer service.  Very accommodating.   Nice variety of massage therapist types and styles.  Very clean and able to accommodate my asthma.   LaDana Walker, assistant manager, always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. She wanted to make sure my experiences were exactly right for me.

I see Eddie every 2 weeks and he is one of the best massage therapists I have seen. He listens to his clients and assists them with their individual needs and is very professional.

For my last 2 visits, the therapists were not available and they were changed without me being informed or given the option to reschedule the appts. During my last appt, my therapist was 15 minutes late for my session and my session was cut short even though I paid for the full hour.
