This location is great! The front desk staff are always super helpful and understanding when it comes to my concerns. The new manager Brooke is amazing! They may not have the best availability but the front desk does everything they can to help with that situation. The clinic is always super clean. When you walk inside the clinic it feels and smells like home. The assistant manager Alexis always has a smile on her face and is constantly doing everything she can to help the clients in need. I really do love this location.
We have had a series of terrible experiences with Massage Envy - I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs! I gifted my husband with a membership a year ago, but they have so few appointments that he was not able to use more than a handful. I attempted for months to cancel after the year ended, only to be continually charged. After a couple months of this, they blamed me for not completing their paperwork, which they NEVER informed me of. My husband had to cancel an appointment due to a sick child. They charged $90 for a no call/no show, then acknowledged that he called and refused to refund us because "It's a brand new policy." The receptionist encouraged us to have him transfer a credit to me so we didn't lose all his credits, and I booked in that same phone call. When I went in for my massage, they charged my card $145 without notifying me, stated they would give me a refund, and never did despite repeated phone calls and emails. This place is literally stealing people's money with no recourse! We are out hundreds with nothing to show for it.
BAD experience - "buyer beware!" Was quoted $80 when I booked a general massage. Told the person on the phone I was using a gift card valued at $60 - she was all happy for me. Full body massage ended up being back only. Then after declining to sign up for one of their club packages, I was told the bill was $145. Upon explaining I was quoted $80, she said "yeah, our prices have gone up." Apparently they overcharge enough to make the gift card worthless. Then I couldn't charge the tip because "it would take too long for the therapist to get." This was a great way to ruin my Christmas gift." They don't even deserve 1 star, but ironically you can't post without at least 1 star.
Purchased a gift card and when we tried to redeem it months later they stated more then half was already used. My wife tried to schedule an appointment and was told the provider was out on injury and unavailable. Apparently they booked it anyway and listed it as a no call no show. They do not return phone calls and according to staff the manager is running 3 locations and never on site. Please never buy a gift card from this company they are fraudulent. I made 3 attempts to resolve the issue via phone and they will not respond. The money is a non-issue they have a serious problem with ethics. I can assure you when the franchise responds they will still do nothing about this issue. So please don’t bother to post a response to make other customer feel like you care. You don’t.
It would be beneficial as a business if you would answer your phones. The staff and communication here is severely lacking. I have been a member for almost 4yrs and I debated canceling because of this location.
Lack of appointments, lack of response, no reply to multiple emails, calls, voice mails, & text messages. THE WORST experience for a place that is supposed to cause relaxation. Not to mention horrible sterile ambiance that feels like a medical center.
This was my first massage ever, so I had little idea of what to expect. The place was clean and welcoming, and the prices for a first-timer were more than fair. My therapist was very kind, professional, and friendly. She seem to be very qualified to do her job. With that said though, I didn't terribly enjoy the massage. I don't know if that was just me, or the therapist, or a combination of both, but I didn't get the ultra relaxing amazing experience that all of my friends massage enthusiast friends described. if you've not been there before, I would recommend going, as it seems to be a good, clean, reputable establishment that does a good job.
