Great place but difficult to get an appointment. We are members and lucky if we can book together monthly. Sometimes we go 2 or 3 months without being able to get appointment. Their policy is you must cancel 24 hours in advance or your charged, no matter what the excuse is. But they can cancel anytime, all the way up to the moment you arrive and you get no compensation for your inconvenience.

My first massage with Tom at Massage Envy was superb! The area of concern was completely addressed and I feel amazing today. I also slept the best I have in month's. I'm very satisfied with the service and I'll be back soon.

Yanet is amazing! This is my 4th pregnancy but first time getting a prenatal massage and I wish I would have done it sooner! The 60 min full body is amazing and I'm grateful.

My massage therapist was outstanding! Her knowledge and skill in providing the right amount of pressure and muscle relaxation techniques enabled my body to relax and have full mobility after the session. Great session, outstanding therapist!

The massage was good, however, I paid for 60 minutes and I only received 45 minutes. My massage did not start at the appointed time, and ended early. My previous experience they would always set a timer. I will not go back. The price is doubled, and I received less time. Pay attention to your time.

I’ve tried a few therapists at this location. So far, Kirk has been the most intuitive. Pressure was perfect, pace was slow. He was listening to tissue, not bullying it. Wonderful experience! I will definitely be booking with him again.

Tom was absolutely amazing. He Listened and acknowledged my massage needs. Broke up a lot of tension and discomfort that I have been having from lifting heavy and often at the gym. I left feeling relaxed and whole again. Can't wait for my next session!!

Celeste did a great job! It was my first facial and she was very professional and friendly. She warned me when things might feel weird and ensured that I was doing okay. She told me each thing she was putting on my face and I am so glad I got my facial done by her! 10/10 experience! Definitely coming back to see her!!

Great facial Update: Service here has been very good in the past, however on my last 2 visits I have felt that the therapists were inexperienced and clumsy one massage, one facial. I cancelled my membership and was told that in order to receive the services that I had already paid for I would have to use all of my credits in the next 60 days and that I could not transfer them to a friend or family member. I scheduled the appointments, but I feel like I should be able to do what I want with the credits that I have already paid for. It seems like they are hoping to be able to keep my money without providing services. Also, they charged my card for the month after I canceled and I had to call to get the charge reversed.

Yanet had a very amazing touch. It was a very relaxing massage. I need a more therapeutic massage though. When I want a light, relaxing massage I would definitely see her again.
