I’ve not had a bad experience with massages, but this isn’t a coincidence in my opinion. A few weeks ago I arrived for my massage and the person before me must have run a little late. The room was flipped super quick. When I laid on the table face down I looked at the hamper while I was waiting for the therapist to come in and I didn’t see sheets in the hamper. It was empty. I thought maybe she took them somewhere else but I remember thinking where tf are the sheets? Fast forward three weeks later I have a fungal infection on my torso! I HAVE NEVER had a fungal anything, EVER. Coincidence? I think not. I will not be returning to this location.  In response to management, that is not accurate because during my last massage there were sheets in the hamper during my massage.  Your practices are not consistent.

I bought my fiancee a membership at this location a year ago and over this past year, she has made several appointments at other locations only to have them cancel the day before or the day of. She had given up, but I was assured by employees at this location that she should come in and they would take care of her. Today, she arrived for her appt and *surprise*.... cancelled. Because we didn't have a card on file since we cancelled it a few days before due to fraudulent activity. The problem here is that we have at least 7 or 8 services already paid in full waiting to be used so what is the issue? Nonetheless, she had a card with her to put on file. I can't understand why a service already paid in full would need to be cancelled for this reason. We certainly didn't receive any warning of this, not to mention she got a confirmation text yesterday about her appt. I never leave reviews and hate to leave one for this store after this one situation for them specifically, but she has been failed at every turn with M.E.  I've been charged every month for a year and I'm just hoping she can successfully receive a service at some point. She's booked up all the remaining paid services as well so fingers crossed.....

Just had my first massage ever here and it was amazing! Walked in with a headache and walked out pain free. I booked a 60 minute full body massage and it was so relaxing. Everyone took extra care when asking where my trouble areas were, which was greatly appreciated. Jessica was very gentle continued to make sure I was comfortable, also letting me know that I could tell her if I needed more/less pressure. Her hands was so soft and warm! My favorite part of the whole massage was when she massage my head! That was something that I never knew I needed but it was amazing I would literally pay for just a hour of the head part lol. Enjoyed my whole experience and will be back again soon.

I wish I could give 0 stars.  My experience at this location was horrible. This is the worst massage spa I have ever done business with.  I purchased a 60-minute full-body massage for my fiancee on Valentine Day. When she arrived at her appointment, she added on a $10 massage lotion for hands. The lotion was placed in the room but was not used at all during her massage. When her massage therapist was asked about not using the lotion, she simply responded by saying "Oh, I didn't see". In addition to this, I paid for a full body and even selected the "troubled" areas as prompted by the website, but the right and left shoulder and upper back were the areas attended to. The massage therapist was sitting down throughout the entire massage, dragging her chair across the floor as she moved from spot to spot. Needless to say, this resulted in a subpar, unsatisfactory, shoddy, insufficient, miserable, inferior, inadequate, lazy massage. When my fiancee addressed her experience and concerns with management, she was told that there is nothing they can do.  I would not recommend this spa to anyone.

If you're going for a relaxing massage this isnt the place for you. If you're going to get memberships and products shoved down your throat this is the place for you. Save your time and money and go to Earthsavers instead!

The therapist for my last massage, John, is worth his weight in gold! I get massages a few times a year at different places and he is the first person I've had to really get to the knots in my back and shoulders. He was funny, knowledgeable, polite and great at what he does. I'll be returning to see him so he can continue to work on my back.

Horrible Experience waste of money ! First of all the staff are unprofessional, racist and over barring... they try to pressure you into all types of crazy packages and things even after saying no ..  A massage is to relax not to be irritated and annoyed last time I checked  To add insult to injury my masseuse talked throughout the entire 45 min massage  was supposed to be 1 hr they cheated me out of time  why in you right mind would you talk to someone who just paid to relax makes no sense  I reached out to HR expressing what happened no help no accommodation  I will NEVER EVER go to massage evnvy again not even a different location screw the company overall

Horrible staff...unprofessional! Briana the manager is not polite. They are letting under 25 year old run the store or franchise with no management or customer service training. They are hiring people right out of retail with little expertise in management. It's a shame! Not to mention, the alleged sexual harassment information online and news.  Please research a better alternative and better place who has exceptional customer service. YOU can find better!

Always professional before now with covid-19 have the same level of service now with utmost care for your health and safety during these times. The whole staff is amazing.
