Massage Essence

I wasn’t satisfied with my massage service that was given to me as a gift. Therapist ignored my Request, was inconsistent with her flow and energenically felt she didn’t want to be there. I will not be returning and would not recommend. Cute atmosphere and sweet receptionist.

I rarely leave reviews, but I tried a new massage therapist this time, and my experience was extremely disappointing. She immediately started out by telling me she got fired from the Peppermill, and preceded to tell me never to go there, and to tell others the same thing. Throughout the whole massage she was very inconsistent, and I could literally hear her pull out her phone SEVERAL times as she preceded to massage me with one hand. Definitely an experience that has turned me away from coming back here, even though I’ve been coming here for months. Not to mention the massage therapist and front desk people discuss whether or not they were left with good tips, and talk negatively about their previous guests in front of guests that are currently there.

Beautiful set up. Very relaxing from the moment you walk in. Plus the prices are great!

Im a memebr, or soon I will be "was a member" can never get a decent message anymore since Kayla left, and it's hard to get an appointment.
