I love Massage Green Spa! The staff is so friendly and absolutely amazing. It started off with mint flavored water. I upgraded to the essential oil of the month which is peppermint for my deep tissue massage. Jazelle was my masseuse and she was on point. I felt so comfortable and relaxed I even fell asleep during my massage. I work long hard hours and go to the gym 4 times a week. This was definitely a great way to relax those tired muscles of mine! I would definitely recommend Massage Green Spa to all my friends and family. It was an amazing day off work!!
I've always had a positive experience with Massage Green! I needed a last minute massage and my therapist was completely booked today, but they were able to fit me in with Josh. This was my first time with a male therapist and he was AMAZING! The pressure he used was more than perfect and very much needed! I have yet to encounter a therapist at this Massage Green location that I haven't liked! :
Massage green spa in upland is the best location i have ever been to. The staff are so professionally and friendly. Jay in the front office was super nice and patient. He listened to my whole stpry about a bad experience at another location, and even got me an appointment for the very next day!! Josh and Cassandra did a great job working on all the parts of the body that really needed work. I'll be back in two weeks!!!
Me and my girlfriend had a horrible experience here. They were not flexible, they were rude, and unfriendly to us as customers. My girlfriend kindly requested a female masseuse and was denied. The white lady at the front desk was so rude and she was definitely not a good representative of this business. We couldn’t even change our reservation to another time when my girlfriend could be helped by a female masseuse. She wanted us to pay full price for the next time. I am definitely never going back to this place or any of its affiliates. I am going to go out of my way to repost this and tell all of my friends and family members to avoid this place at all costs. Remember that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity for great service and to make life-long customers. And unfortunately your employee lost that for you.
Love the atmosphere, staff, and price. Great massages at my fingertips with the app. I LOVE not having to call and schedule an appointment. The app makes it easy and allows me to see what is available that works with my busy mom schedule.
So upset. Since I live in a different state, I decided to buy my mom a Groupon for a massage for mother's day since she was complaining of severe back pain. Groupon is very easy to send as a gift. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I took the time to research the location and made sure they offered what I thought was best for her needs. Thought this place looked okay. Met my needs. Well my mom called and tried to make an appointment with Dominique. Well not only did my mother feel as if she was being talking down to her since she had a Groupon, she stated that they don't take Groupons on the weekend. No where did they state that when I was purchased then Groupon. I would have NEVER got that massage if it stated that just because my mom is a teacher and there is no way she can come in during their restrictions. I then called and complained. Was I rude? Maybe a tad but I am angry that they think they can treat clients differently because of how they are paying. As a LMT, I would never treat my clients differently. I don't care if they use Spafinder, BeautyNow or Groupon. They are all coming in for a massage to seek treatment. If I could give this awful place 0 stars I would. Take your business elsewhere because if they treat one client this way just because she was GIFTED a massage imagine if you don't tip to their standards. Who knows. I just wouldn't risk it. Find a place that treats everyone equally. You will be in better hands. Update: After talking to Amanda at the Chino location, I feel a little better about the situation. I was able to book her an appointment. She was so kind, caring and understanding of my situation. Take your business either elsewhere or to the Chino location. I'm still leaving my 1 star review just because of the actions of Dominique. I'm not sure she is qualified to work front desk and deal with clients. I am willing to update review after my mother's massage. Update after the massage: My mom liked her massage and had no complaints. She said she felt a little tender after her session which I explained was totally normal. The spa reached out to me again apologizing for the situation. Which was nice. I changed my score from 1 star to 3 just because of her massage.
I like this location better then the other ones! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They make you feel at home and pampered. Jessica and Andrew are amazing for deep tissue and pain relief! You will leave feeling relaxed and have pain relief!!! I highly recommend getting a membership!
I came here because I got a kick ass Groupon voucher and it's like a mile from my home. The massage was just ok. Definitely have had better. The best part was the sauna room. You get the whole room to yourself and they have a TV with Netflix and Hulu and Wifi. The place itself is clean and the people were friendly. I don't know if I would go back. If I did I'd probably use the Groupon again.
Had a massage with Nino he is the absolute best he has magical hands. He relieved so much tension, did not want to get off the table. They also have this amazing wellness plans it’s MONTHLY after the massage I had with nino I couldn’t not say no!! BTW the water they provide after the massage is so freshing!!!
Bad Service!!! Bought a couple massage voucher from Groupon for Valentines day. We were planning to use it over the weekend. I've always used Groupon and never had a problem as of today. Called the Upland location to set up the appointment and was told by the receptionist Stace that they were not accepting 3rd party payments on the weekends? Groupon is considered a 3rd party. She stated to cancel my Groupon Voucher get a refund and to pay them directly and they would honor it. I asked to speak to Jay the manager and he told me the same he stated I could maybe call a day in advance but, no guarantees?? He was not accommodating at all. I told him then he should end any relations with Groupon since, they are leading new customers to buy without informing customers about accommodations only during the week if they have any openings. . Groupon no longer gives refunds after 3 days of purchase. I wouldn't want to go there anyhow they left a bad taste. Please be cautious when buying any vouchers unless you want to be treated like second class. Horrible Service!
