I have been coming to reflexology for years. I have bought several gift cards and got my family hooked on massages. I have been several places with no complaints, just preferred here better.
I had surgery and was unable to cash in on my gift cards my children got me. Once I was better I called to make an appointment. I realized it had expired by a few weeks. I called stated I had surgery and they refused to honor my gift card. Never asked how long it had been expired, nor offered half price, just pretty much .......I got your money and your SOL. I am disappointed in how they valued my patriotism and have decided someone else would like my business. So this girl and her family will move on. Don’t buy a gift card here if it is not used in six months, life has a way of taking a turn and six months later your out$75.

Tracy is the best! She is super knowledgeable and is a migraine miracle! I also love going to Marie when I need a deep tissue massage!

I recently tried out Massage & Reflexology for the first time during my pregnancy for a prenatal massage and had a great experience. I took advantage of the new client special discount. This month of October they are holding a new therapist discount with Sara, which brought me back in. Sara did an amazing job! Definitely would recommend booking with her! Just what I needed after the birth of my daughter as a new mom. The facility is smaller and more intimate if your use to Hand and Stone or other larger salons. It feels more personal and they are very accommodating to your needs. I definitely will be back!

I’ve been coming here for years and every experience has been amazing. The owner Terry hand picks her staff so everyone there can deliver a great massage. They offer many services such as reflexology, deep tissue, ashiatsu, and mu xing for example.

I received a gift certificate that, to my own fault, lost/forgot about until just days before it expired. There was a 6 month expiration date on the gift certificate. Upon calling the company and asking to schedule an appointment, they were booked until after the expiration date. I asked if I could still use it after it expires, I was told a firm now. I was also told that many other people had recently called and asked the same question, all were told no. The woman on the phone said the manager had a strict policy. I requested for the manager to call me so I could speak with them directly, I was told they would call within a day or two. Weeks passed and no word. This company clearly only cares about their money and not customer service. I understand what an expiration date is, but most companies are willing to be lenient. I have received certificates for many other massage companies, majority of them having NO expiration date or at least a year. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of customer care and relations with this company. Especially considering I was directly told I was not the only one to inquire about using the gift certificate passed the expiration date, meaning this company collected 100% profit on multiple certificate purchases. And I'm sure this occurs frequently with them (again there was a 6 month expiration on the certificate). I will never utilize this company's service again and I will be sure to relay their poor customer care to other potential clients.
All I wanted was to speak with a manager about the situation, even if in the end I couldn't use the certificate, I deserved at least a moment of the manager's time. But apparently they can't be bothered.
