She is by far the best physician I have every been to. She is so easy to talk to & really listens to what’s going on. Her staff are friendly and helpful!
Dr. Massey is a terrible listener. My mother had to break down in tears to get her to actually listen and investigate what was causing her problems. Turns out my mom had PBC and Massey was just fine with saying it was just her growing of age

I was told by Medicaid she had an opening so they made her pcp. When I called her office I was told she is closing her open Medicaid spots n they should not have assigned her. I was told I should work hard for insurance like everyone else by her staff
