I purchased two rings last year and due to Covid I was unable to come get it cleaned to keep up on the warranty. Since then I bent one ring and they still upheld their warranty. Scott was pleasant to work with. I appreciate their understanding and working with me to repair my ring.

I have returned something I bought in September 29th and returned it on Wednesday 30th and still did not get my money back and today is October 6th. Even though I called on Saturday and they said will take 72 hours but still nothing.
