I can't thank the team at Master Car Care & Collision enough for the phenomenal job on my car and the customer service I received. This is the second time I've come to them for collision repair. I called on a Thursday and was immediately greeted on the phone. I gave my details and was scheduled to drop my car off the following Monday. The office team was very friendly and was very patient to answer all my questions. They also set expectations on what was to happen next and when I was expected to pick up my car. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and when it was due to be completed. When I came back a week later, I noticed they also cleaned and detailed my car - which was unexpected! My car looked brand new, everything from the painting, the exterior wash and the interior detailing. I also received a very detailed report of everything that was fixed, replaced, and the cost for each line item. The entire process was very transparent and handled with care. I was completely blown away at how easy it was to work with them. I highly recommend!

Having my vehicle inspected and repaired at Master Car Care after a hit and run incident, was the Best decision Ever! I had service here before for regular car maintenance and they were great then too. This time though the attention to care, detailed and thorough explanation as well as the amazing customer service from Matthew and Ford was phenomenal! The gentlemen working here are all super sweet and helpful. I really loved the work done on my vehicle; it’s back to brand new! The day of pick up was super easy as was the insurance payments and dealing with all of that and the rental. These guys know how to treat people and their cars right! Made an "appointment" for Saturday 8am and was told my vehicle would likely be ready by around 10am by two different people over the phone oil change and inspection, likely alignment would be extra time if needed. Around 11:30, they emailed me to approve what I had already requested oil change/rotation, in addition to needing the alignment. At this point, they had not even touched my vehicle and told me it wouldn't be ready until after 3. This put me in a bind for the rest of my day as I was committed to plans after noon. I'm walking distance from this shop and was really hoping for better service due to convenience and cost. My husband had similar grievances. Also, the two men at the service desk were curt and lacked decent communication on how the appointment would be conducted. When my vehicle was finally ready, I was told we shouldn't leave it after dark after hours pick-up w/ lock box. It ended up being fine, but the extra worry wasn't worth it catalytic converter theft, hello. We want to support small business in the our beautiful neighborhood, but Master Car Care needs to put some effort in as well. Back to the Toyota dealership! Hands down my new body shop! The folks at Master Car Care took care of me like family. I backed into a pole a few months ago and ended up with a small dent and a large scrape on my bumper/ rear quarter panel. I initially had an estimate done at another shop in the neighborhood, and not only did it seem extremely high, it seemed like they were "feeding me lines" to jack up the price. They also told me it would be several months before they could start work on my car. Needless to say, I went online to find another shop for a second opinion. After reading several amazing reviews, I decided to give Master Car Care a try. Matthew in the office saw me right away and treated me like a real person. He never seemed like he was trying to inflate the amount of damage or prey on my lack of knowledge about car repairs. They were able to start work on my car almost immediately, and they finished in just 3 days, for half of what the first place quoted. Hector in the shop did an amazing job. Car looks as good as new, and they even threw in a free detail! This place is amazing. I will only use them from now on for any car repairs. I couldn't recommend them more.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Ted and his team. They used a dye to figuring out whether my car AC had a leak and if so where. Turns out it did and luckily it was a quick fix. Their price was fair and service was fantastic. I highly recommend them! Thank you Master Car Care for saving me from the Texas heat!!

I highly recommend getting your car repaired at Master’s collision center! They fixed my back and front bumper after an accident and my car looks new again! Daniel was great and so helpful! He made sure that everything was taken care of, and that it was done right! They even were willing to work with me on a better price. The employees here care about doing their job well and will take care of you and your vehicle. My bumper had an issue from a previous accident that was not fixed right, and they fixed it for me at no charge. I am so thankful they went out of their way for this! Thank you guys for your work!!!

Master Care Care is fantastic! They did a upstanding job fixing our Passat’s AC system. Although it was not a cheap fix, they were willing to try cheaper options before ultimately recommending a compressor replacement, which was ultimately what needed to be fixed. They acquired the part very quickly and got the install done in less than 24 hours. They even gave us a discount for the fact that we had to pick it up the next day, because they promised same day pick up. We will definitely be returning as future customers when the need arises!

Master Car Care was great - I had an issue with my car on Saturday and they got me right in! Jose was super friendly and helpful. He did a diagnostic of my car to make sure it was safe to drive and the price was totally reasonable!! I'm so appreciative of the care they took of my car. I'm going to be coming back here for all my car needs going forward

I was stuck in a parking garage after smoke started billowing out from underneath my car hood and coolant was pouring out of the bottom of my vehicle. I needed help and wanted to find somewhere close by my place in The Heights and came across Master Car Care & Collision and I'm so glad I did. The entire process was exceptional, from the customer service I received during my first and subsequent phone calls, to my greeting at the front office, and of course the care and attention on my car. It was quick, affordable, and successful all around. Grateful for this team and look forward to using them more in the future -- just hopefully not too soon.Service: A/C installation & repair
