Ty was great.  Quick, efficient and spot on.  Was my first time.  Didn't know what to expect.  Being used to the day spa scene, this is not a day spa.  It is however clean and comfortable.  Private, yet a group setting.  Didn't think it worked, but two days later when pain was back, realized how much it had helped.  Can't wait for my next appointment.

I went to get acupuncture treatment for my shoulder/ back yesterday. I was very disappointed in the attention I received while being treated. Master Lu brought me into a room sat me in a chair, stuck 4 needles in my back then left me in the chair for an hour. Kids were running outside the door (which was left open) screaming and playing around. The chair I was in was very uncomfortable. I was hoping at checkout that I would be paying for what I received. He asked me to pay $250 for 5 sessions. Obviously I didn't accept and paid the one time $60 charge. He's a nice enough guy and the place has a good ambiance but it was extremely unprofessional  and simply not what I paid for. Two thumbs down, I will not return.

very impressed with the Chinese medicine provided having tried all possible avenues  to heal my multiple war injuries with no results.I love their attention to detail and the help I received. Highly  recommend

Ty has been a great doctor for arthitis control. The office is easy to schedule. All people there  are concerned of your health. Recommend going for your problem.

Ty is phenomenal.   He listens to you in order to determine best course of action for treatment.  I've had a bulging disc in the L4/L5 region (recurring issue since back surgery in '97).  Tried several options before landing here.  Ty has been on point to help relieve the pain and prevent back surgery or steroid injections.  Reflexology was always my go to in Charlotte.  This was my first experience with acupuncture, AND I'm so thankful I landed here.  There are no bells and whistles aesthetically speaking....but I wasn't looking for a spa....I was needing physical healing and that's what Ty delivers.
