My family and I are happy we chose Masterspa. They are extremely helpful and honest. Whenever we have a question or a concern they are happy to help and very prompt to get you the answer or the service you need. This past weekend Ben was able to trouble shoot an issue we had over the phone that took care of our problem and avoided the need for a service call. They are first class and customer-oriented and really care about their customers.
Fantastic knowledge and service. Best purchase we made for our home. Conner and Keith took care of us and we could not be happier.
We are just starting the journey of purchasing a swim spa with a ton of research on the internet from reading company reviews and customer compaints. Master Spa based on all of our research came out on top. I emailed this company and within 24 hours received a call back from Ben. He invited us in to do a test swim. It took us a couple of weeks to get it scheduled but so glad we did. A nice gentleman by the name of Pat greated us as we walked in and answered all of our questions including taking the pannels off so we could see under the hood on how it was constructed. The owner Keith stopped in and took a really long time with us providing us with more education. Including inviting us to his house to look at a roll top cover but we ran short of time which I wish we had more time. Just as we were leaving Pat shared with me that one of their customer who purchased a spa from them FaceTime him with her PH strips and Pat helps her with her chemical needs for her pool. What excellent customer service. Very impressed with our first experience and excited to move forward with purchasing a swim spa from them
We have had a wonderful experience with Master Spa! Our hot tub experience was amazing. We had been looking for a hot tub to about a year. Our process was long as we did a ton of research before making the purchase. The wonderful sales staff helped us choose the model that would best fit our needs. we were between 2. It took just about a year to get our hot tub…but well worth the wait! Covid and Resin shortage…which we knew when placing the order Excellent customer service. Quick and accurate responses to all our questions. Service technician Matt was excellent. Keith the owner has gone above and beyond! Would work with Master Spa again in a heartbeat.
Absolutely a great experience with Master Spas in Appleton! Superior hot tubs, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Keith and his team have been more than helpful in various ways and I will definitely recommend anyone in the market for a hot tub to contact Master Spas.

I bought my hot tub 5 years ago. The first 2 months the hot tub was not working correctly. They told us it may be the filters we purchased new ones for $200. Come to find out it was a pump. Covered under warranty but the dont tell you about a trip charge. They sell the spas in green bay at a expo event but dont tell you warranty or not they charge you 90$ to come look at it. My hot tub had to be replaced 2 years ago as the acrylic had bubbles. Couple months later the heater went out. I was told if I could bring it in it was covered under warranty. Drove to Appleton where they charged me $300 for a new one was told the other person did not know what they were talking about. Now there are more bubbles in the acrylic. I contacted them in November still no luck. The receptionist told me they forgot. Today the manager Ben told me they will charge me $90 to come look at it. And that he has no intentions of backing the warrant. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau today.
After spending 6 hours researching hot tubs including watching many vids on YouTube it became very clear that Master Spa was a high end spa. When making a purchase like this I like to ensure I'm buying high end, something that is going to last, and perform well. Most of the research came down to dealer, parts, and cost to run in winter. Master spa nails all of this. We bought our spa on 7/6 it was delivered on 7/16! Everyone was extremely friendly an helpful. We had a few questions after it was delivered, we never had a spa before, and I can't even being to tell you how prompt the Master Spa team from Appleton responded. They sell you on their service and let me tell you, it will be hard to find another spa dealer in the state that can come close to there service and knowledge. You can't go wrong buying from them. By the way we bought the Twilight 8.2 and its amazing. The entire family loves it. Thanks for a great spa, man the jets throw out some serious power, it truly is like a massage each time you get in the spa. The longer is great for anyone that is active, especially if your a runner.
I have three items from Master Spas, a 3 person corner sauna, 240 twilight hot tub and a new 2 person sauna. I first purchased the two-three person corner sauna in 2014 from the home and garden show in Milwaukee. I use it 5-6 days a week and have not had any issues with the heaters or the unit other than one of the two stereo speakers would no longer work. Master Spas sent me another speaker which did not fix the problem and then replaced the radio for me. There was no cost as I stopped in both times, so no shipping. Because of their friendly service I then purchased the 240 Twilight hot tub and additional 2 person sauna for our northern lake home. I worked with the owner, Keith and Ben because the construction kept getting delayed due to horrible weather last fall. They were very understanding and everything is set up. One small scratch was noted on the hot tub and again they immediately sent out a very nice technician who fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier than working with a company that is honest, high integrity and has a friendly staff who answers the phone when you call.
I went into their store to buy a sauna. I say a sauna marked $6799. I asked what the selling price was? He said $6500. Then I stated your website says 25% off Saunas. He said yes we can honor that. He lost my business right there. If your not honest to me upfront. I'm moving on.
