Nathan and Joe did an outstanding job updating our brick on the front of the house and fireplace. Very professional and fast and cleaned the area better than what it was when they arrived. A+ service and will have them back for more projects in the future.

Joe and Nathan did an outstanding job repairing and servicing my chimney. They remediated a job previously performed by a different contractor that was unsightly and done incorrectly. The work they did to my fireplace looks great, I’m so pleased with the quality of work performed by Joe and Nathan. These guys are the professionals to call!

Finding a company that actually knows what they are doing with Chimneys is actually a lot harder than it sounds like it should be. I had a cracked back panel in my fireplace and they did a great job fixing it and fixed all the other things that were not optimal in my fireplace. The crew was very knowledgeable and gave great tips on reducing future creosote buildup in my chimney. They also added something to improve the heat output into the house, I'm looking forward to our first use.

Brian and Joe came out yesterday for an inspection and chimney sweep. They were both great. They quickly and thoroughly swept the chimney, pointed out issues that needed attention, provided a detailed explanation, and did not try to upsell. Great job all around.

Called Master services because we had a chimney that had been leaking for years and was interested in getting a cap. When the employee came out to give us our estimate I relayed the issue we were having and he proceeded to do the inspection. When he finished he told us to fix our problem we would also need a new crown coating, spray sealant, flashing sealant along with getting a cap. We told him whatever we needed to do to stop the leaking we would do. He explained that this would fix our issues and in the time he has worked for this company he's never had anyone not happy. We agreed to everything and had the work done. After the first big rain we had we were still experiencing leaking as much as we were before and in the same areas we were before. We contacted the company and they sent an employee out to inspect. After looking at the work and looking in our attic the employee, although he found some issues, couldn't tell us exactly where the leak was occuring. We told him that we weren't happy because not only did we purchase a cap we were upsold on services that we were told would specifically fix our leaking. Frustrated we asked if removing the chimney all together was an option and if that was a service that they could perform. The employee told us to not get ahead of ourselves and that he was going to relay all the information to his supervisor and that they would be in contact with us. That never happened. We are back to having to cover our chimney with an unsightly tarp just to prevent leakage. None of the services we paid for or received benefitted us in any way. For this reason I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone use this company. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great service! I would recommend! They took pride in what they did and it was important to them to do a good job which is something you don’t see much of anymore unfortunately. Thank you Joe and your helper from England! Sorry I’m not good with names but maybe Nathan?
